I love my experience at the CVS on Thomas & 43rd Ave. They are polite, professional and friendly. Sometimes this store is a bit busy but they do the best they can to provide great quality customer service 🥰🥰🥰

Pre-Covid it was amazing. Post covid and nobody knows how to do anything. They claim my insurance doesn’t cover basic meds and I’ve called my insurance company multiple times and they say it is covered and they can’t bother to call my insurance so have to switch since they won’t do their job. It was nice to have late hours and a drive thru but it’s not worth it anymore.

Oh my goodness, I went to the pharmacy 11:30p.m. Daniel assisted me at the drive thru, very welcoming, helped me with my order but i had an underlying issue from previous days/month, anyway, I lightly mentioned a few key bits of information & said I'll cone back during the day it's late & I gotta pick up my Huzz. Daniel researched my issue, called me with the wonderful update. So kind & very rare these days. Outstanding, Above & beyond.. so I wanted to thank him. You are appreciated Daniel.

I stopped by ten minutes before closing for a baby bottle and the employee refused me at the door. Saying they always close early to prevent being open past midnight!

Really rude, they won’t help you if you need a money order or gram and generally Lack the concept. Refusing to help and treating people with lots of disrespect. The funniest part is money gram does money orders and when I asked for help I was told they hadint done it in years, I walked outside to see the sign and sure as heck they do so I came back in excited to get it handled and they talked down to me like I was a moron. Clearly they didn’t know what they were talking about
