Worst pharmacy I’ve gone to from CVS. They don’t accept coupons my PCP gives me for my out of pocket medications. They claim they can’t accept any coupons and every time it’s a different excuse. The main pharmacy lady never gives me an actual reason she just says she’s not. I have to drive to another cvs out my way because they’re the only ones that don’t accept the coupons!

Can never speak to anyone in the pharmacy. They often times don't have rx ready, and its always because of a step they failed to take.

If you hate your job say so but your here to help costumers don’t give a bad attitude towards any costumer who is asking a question and reply with at least a good tone. such negativity 😒

Usually go there for pictures and nails but im done with this place .Your waiting for the nails for 20 mins and 9/10 times I wait.. VERY l patiently, because everything is locked up and nobody wants to help you. they just walk past like what else would I be standing in the isle for do I have to yell?? Today after 20 mins of waiting and walking around looking for someone ,I ended up just taking the nail off, as I go to PAY for the NAILS of course NOWWWW the old lady wants to help be check out and has all the time in the world to give me a stern talking to about how I should ask next time, even asking you wait for the cashier to finish the line then they come! I get policy but my gosh im not arguing just let me pay for my nails and overpriced chips, it's 110 degrees outside and i've been in CVS for 30 mins now. I wanna go homeeee!

Always my go-to pharmacy for 20 years. New pharmacist, I guess, Rachael. I couldn’t pick up my wife’s prescription until they talked to her. I called and got my wife on the phone. Rachael said she’s got an immunocompromised family and can’t talk on my phone to my wife.
I’m sensitive to her situation, but if you can’t talk to patients about questions regarding their prescriptions, what are you doing here? We finally worked it out with a couple of unnecessary phone calls. Luckily, my ill wife happened to be awake to take and return calls. One staff member derisively called me “ma’am”.
What happened to this once-trusted place?

Friendly customer service from Jessica and I’m not sure of the name of the other male associate he was such a nice guy that I offered to buy him a drink. Kudos guys.

The pharmacist Shannon is absolutely amazing!! She's on it every single time and truly cares about you. She is the main reason I haven't changed from this CVS. I have quite a few that are closer but I don't want to lose Shannon! Yes, the voicemail is inconvenient but they almost ALWAYS get back to me within 30 minutes to an hour and already have my medication processed and ready by the time I get a call back!

The workers here are really nice. I coupon and had a lot of separate transactions, so they were patient and very helpful as I needed. The store is clean. There are some items that are locked up that they hold up front. Unfortunately, they are no longer carrying my favorite blush due to theft. A pretty solid CVS, and most everything I needed when couponing was in stock.

Travis takes a great passport photo. He is always so friendly and helpful. We tried other pharmacies nearby. This one is the fastest.

This store has amazing staff that are dedicated to assisting customers. From the moment you walk in, they greet you with large smiles and continue to provide friendly service as you browse. I also appreciate that their products are priced at decent rates.

I usually go here to pick up my prescriptions at this location, but if I am in need of something and can grab it quickly I do it while I'm in the store. The staff here is always friendly very courteous. I have never had any issues with cvs.

Im just a little frustrated and done to the point where I had to transfer my meds to a whole new pharmacy, I have only ever used CVS and now I will never again. The last three times my medications have been put into the system and marked as “picking up on ___” there have been numerous times and like I said on different occasions where you guys have canceled one of my meds that are marked as pick up, you guys have argued with me and made me wait an hour for my prescription to be filled that YOU GUYS cancelled and put back, because your pharmacists were going to lunch. Your pharmacists are also rude, they aren’t up to date on your app changes. It took her 5 mins to literally talk to someone else and ask if they knew what the pickup section on the app was telling me about and showed her the email and said she never heard of that nor your text service where you guys remind customers of their medications. You guys need to stay up to date with your app changes and employees in the store because none of them are educated on your online services.
