USE ANY PHARMACY BUT THIS ONE Doesn't answer calls. Doesn't have medication in stock. Doesn't call a just released ER patient to let them know that they don't have medication. Won't transfer the l prescription to another CVS so we can get our medication.

The people who works at this CVS pharmacy always are confused about your medication. And they don't know simple things about their job It's not just me I was there waiting for my medication for long time And I saw a lot of people they were waiting for medication and they had a lot of problem with employees Even one star is a lot for them they deserve to get zero star

Pharmacy never gets my kids prescriptions and when they do and if they are out of stock they don’t do anything with them. No call, they don’t order the meds. Very poor communication. Switched pharmacies

I found all items I was searching for and at better prices than I had anticipated. I do not use CVS much because in prior years Id found them more expensive. I shopped with a reward card from Optum health.. thus the reason for using CVS. there was a small line and I decided to try self checkout. I messed it up & couldn't figure it out. Employee Darlene came and offered to take me at a previously closed register. She was very patient and very kind. I was using gift cards and was a bit confused. She was a blessing that day AND I found all the items I went in for.

Don't come here! The minute you walk inside you become guilty until proven innocent. They view all customers regardless of age as thiefs. I asked a male clerk with glasses why the pharmacy was closed and he rudely replied, "the pharmacy is closed evvvverryyy day at 1:30 to 2pm for their lunch" as if he had told me personally a thousand times. This alone no big deal. I had about 15 minutes to wait so I figured I can do a lil shopping. Then the intercom blares, "customer service please scan all aisles". Again no big deal I'm used to being judged for my tattoos and style. After picking up my script I go to pay for my items at self check since the cashier was moving so slow. Then the male clerk w/ glasses comes to help her with a customer both moving very slowly. Meanwhile I've been waiting for assistance with the darn self checkout. After waiting in line behind The clerk moving as slow as molasses goes to a new register to help a new customer. Completely disregarding my need for assistance. This place has poor customer service. There is no cheer or happiness in what they do. Everyone hates work I get it but if you accept the job you need to do it. Such negative, and low energy is contagious.

This CVS was a lifesaver. My boyfriend had an emergency root canal and had to get his prescriptions before we went back to Tucson. The wonderful people at the pharmacy filled the prescriptions even though they closed in 15 minutes. Amazing!

It is a long difficult process to call and speak to the pharmacy. I have to call for a refill on the same day it is due on some of my meds and not a minute before. I have spent as much as 30 minutes calling and getting through the automated portion and waiting for someone to answer with the occasional phone just goes dead? And starting over!

The pharmacy LITERALLY REFUSES to answer the phone. I have NEVER been able to get through via phone call. If this job is too difficult and stressful for the Pharmacy Techs, the Starbucks across the street is hiring. It is not only unprofessional, unethical and wrong, but is also extremely immature that a group of accredited adults with degrees refuse to answer their phones like a group of scorned teenaged girls. A group of lobotomized squirrels would be a better alternative than the overweight, under trained, and frankly, dumpy excuses for humans they keep behind the pharmacy counter.

What I like very much about CVS Pharmacy is the willingness to assist customers emmediatly when you walk in. The CVS on 19 ave and Thunderbird rd was very helpful at the intrance and the Pharmicist also gave my great information on a otc product. I Highly recommend them.

This is my opinion on this pharmacy of CVS from the location of 19 ave and thunderbird to start with iam very bad from my blood pressure and recently had a stroke of my brain I was hospitalised yesterday I went to collect my prescription at this pharmacy they promised me at a certain time and the employee told me that In an hour and then I changed the story that I did not they were going to give very bad service to this pharmacy until tomorrow they never answer the phone very bad service I don't know why they took Walgreens if they had excellent service and professional here In CVS the managers are from India and the employees are the majority are Hispanic so I do not recommend CVS I forget I also told the employee that I did not have a car that was in bus for so much heat here In phoenix because of my pressure thanks

The phone system is disgusting. They push the app and online for the pharmacy which is great if everything is great but if you have a problem with a prescription you are totally out of luck. You really don't matter one dang bit to this place. It is a nightmare to get anyone human to speak to, over 8 phone calls tonight - stuck listening and punching through an inane maze of buttons listening to nothing but a garbage loop - finally get "transferred to speak to a pharmacist" and if you are lucky, you get put on an endless hold. It hung up on me 5 out of the 8 times I called. I hung up after 39 minutes. I called and just asked for the store manager to the stupid phone bot - actually got a human who said "I'll transfer you to the pharmacy but they'll only pick up if they feel like it." NICE.... Transferring my scripts out of this place - they do not care one dang bit.

The pharmacy staff works SO HARD and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. It took 4 tries for the pharmacy staff to find an affordable medication with my insurance and they did all of the leg work and communicating and research with a smile on their faces. This was the second occasion that I've walked away from the pharmacy department feeling grateful and impressed, knowing that they've gone above and beyond to help me.
