I don’t know who the management is or property management but this CVS is repulsive. Last I checked it’s private property and at discretion of the company to kick people off their lot but instead they let numerous homeless people hang out around the building, near the pharmacy pickup, near the main door and let them dumpster dive as well. It’s disgusting to be honest.

They allow drug addicts to set up camp and harass customers. They make no effort to trespass. Month back they found a dead body in the dumpster area that they lived in.

I sent my boyfriend to get our son's cream from CVS they told them it will be ready June 20th 2024 at 3:30 p.m. he gets there 5:30 p.m. they tell him they don't see it in the system they move to another computer finally they see it and they tell him it'll be 15 minutes he asked "15 minutes?" She said probably sooner. He waits upwards of 20 minutes and nothing. Needless to say we will be changing our pharmacy immediately to the Fry's down the street. Thanks for playing.

I do not recommend coming here. I was told June 19th,2024 around 2ish or something that my son's cream would be ready June 20th, 2024 at 3:30. And idk what kind of person tells Bold faced lies to another person. I arrive around 5:30. I'm told by a young person with glasses that they don't see a cream in the system for my son. They move to another computer. They ask for help from a Asian woman andshe says to look in the QI or UI and their the young lady with glasses finds it. She then says it's not ready and proceeds to have me wait 20 minutes even though she told me to be ready in 15 and I said 15 and she said probably she then says it's not ready and proceeds to have me wait 20 minutes even though she told me to be ready in 15. Crazy to think after all these years places like CVS are completely clueless even though it's supposed to be their area of expertise. Insane!

The most toxic CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been to first started out in the drive-through where the pharmacist slammed the phone down to tell me they couldn’t help me at that specific drive-through no problem so I went inside where I requested my prescription and the pharmacist herself walked by slamming the door again Super toxic super angry would not recommend this CVS to anyone go to any CVS but this location for your pharmacy needs they’re toxic & rude. I’m shocked that the pharmacist are allowed to walk around slamming doors like spoiled little brat girls that didn’t get their way with their daddies, but maybe that’s the culture that CvS breeds.

Understaffed store. They need to hired a few more employees so they aren't all overworked to death.
Watching a single employee manning the register and also being expected to stock shelves and help people is insane for a company that makes billions in profit a year.

Been here multiple times almost every single time at least one of the workers that work on the CVS side are either complaining about things or not assisting customers. When the workers complain they cuss and swear! I would go to a manager like I have in the past but they do nothing. I am going to take my business and prescriptions elsewhere

The service at the CVS Pharmacy on 24th St. and Thomas Rd has consistently deteriorated over the past couple of years. They have made it virtually impossible to call and speak with a pharmacy staff member. Today I waited on hold for over a half hour and finally gave up which is what I assume they wanted. Then I called back and pressed the prompt for "Calling from a doctor's office" but all I did was listen to the automated giving me flu & covid info I didn't want or need. So I guess Dr.'s offices don't get any special treatment. Time to switch pharmacies.

I had previously rated this CVS 1 star. I have seen Great improvement with their services. Rylie (apologizes for misspelling) has been extremely helpful each and every time he answers the phone. I was so ready to move on but, now I'm happy to stay.

Poor working conditions, not enough staff in the pharmacy, they need MORE STAFF. Now more than ever! Time to change. MOVE YOURS TOO! GREED will do CVS and Walgreens in!
