It's easy, one person at the pharmacy was attentive and highly informative and super sweet, the other one was curt on the computer, and cut me off as if I was impatient (I talk very quickly sometimes, there were two CVS pharmacies, so I was on foot scrambling to the other one, so my heart was racing and I was sweating) & trying to mask her sternness, their wasn't even face contact, probably a quick glance the second I was visible: just to know what I look like, I didn't need to show ID or my access card and I found that very efficient: I'm just saying please be nice even if you're not in the mood and God bless the team working hard⚕️

Kathleen was very helpful! Very quick and kind! Was able to ask about a missing proscription and she was able to figure it out and fill it in a couple of hours.

Best pharmacy ever. Staff pharmacist and techs are always so speedy and so kind. Negative reviews I’m sure those reviews have issues at every pharmacy they’ve ever been to.

The pharmacy staff is not only slow, they make it obvious that they don't care at all about customers' wellbeing, time, etc. They appear very unhappy and rude. And seriously.... SLOWWWWWWW!

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. 3 covid booster and flu shot appts for noon. Pharmacy locked up at noon. Pharmacist shows up at 12:10, struggle with the lock for 20 minutes, then they can't remember their employee code to unlock the computer so they have to call corporate to change their employee code, then they could not process our insurance information for who knows what reason....so 3 HOURS later only one of us received a vaccination shot. Completely incompetent staff. Pharmacy tech said I had no empathy, she is right I have no empathy for supposed professionals who can't do their jobs correctly. CVS should close this location permanently.

If I could give them negative I would. They just can't get their act together. Docs office just told me she called them twice and the phone was picked up and hung up. This has happened at other CVS sites. In addition I've had to be put on hold for 20+minutes before I just gave up. Will be switching to Frys Pharmacy.

This pharmacy is so unstable. They're almost always closed. I've tried coming in an hour after they should be open, afternoon and evening on different days and they're always closed. The past week, I've tried to pick up my prescription with no luck. I even tried calling to ask if they can just transfer my prescription to another location, but when I went to the other location the next day, I was informed that the transfer was still pending on their end. I now just have my presumptions delivered. Please don't waste your time trying to physically pick up at this location and pay for delivery instead.

This place went from great to terrible. So much so I’ve had to ask my doctor not to fill anymore prescriptions here. The staff and management have become unfriendly & lost. It takes forever to get the RX or the store is a mess so it takes a while to get your stuff while being there. The hours also always change.

For the past 2 months, it’s been difficult to catch when the pharmacy is open. Their hours are posted at their location, yet they do not follow these hours. I’ve come in a bit after they’re supposed to be open, before lunch and in evening and I always see the gate closed and a handwritten sign saying, “closed today.” It was so frustrating that I started having my prescription shipped. Today, my doctors sent over 2 new prescriptions in the morning, I called at 4pm (Monday) to see if they’re open and the voice recording said closed. I called CVS’ Customer Service line to report this. I hope there will be a resolution. However, I am going to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere.
