Extremely rude pharmacist always wants to argue when my script gets filled. My dr always verifies when my script will be filled at my appointment and anytime I ask this man he wants to argue with me like I am trying to get my medication a day early and treats me like a second class citizen. I can always tell when it’s him because he has a thick accent and is the only person that EVER gives me an issue. When I first transferred my prescriptions here, he refused to fill them until he talked to my doctor and caused me to miss my medication for a whole day.

The store is a hot mess and I don't just mean in upkeep. Poor customer service. Poorly stocked store. The prices are not accurate at checkout and the employees would rather hound me, insinuating I am lying, for wanting them to fix the price error before I pay, but have bo problem letting a shoplifter walk right out without paying. ?

This store is always closing at 10 p.m they are never open untill 12 like the website says... if u guys are gunna close at 10 atleast change thw time on the website.. if i could rate a 0 i would

I’m a manager at the jimmy John’s right across the plaza, this morning on Saturday my restrooms went down at 6:30 ish so I couldn’t use them. I waited till CVS opened at 7 (website said they open at 7) saw another customer walk in so I went to use the restroom, I walk in and notice it needs a code so I ask the older black lady who is usually chill if I could get the code. She was on the phone and seemed upset I asked she snapped back with “did you just walk in?” I said yea and she said “We arnt open til 8 so give me a minute” I said “my bad the site said 7 I just need to use the restroom”. She then told me “I’ll meet you over there” rudely. I work food service so I understand the frustration but never would I speak to anyone like that, especially a fellow plaza worker as usually I throw discounts to all the workers who come by. If you don’t like to work a job the interacts with people don’t apply for said job? If I heard any of my employees acting this way I would be shocked and embarrassed. I NEVER write reviews but this is unacceptable behavior.

I came here at 11:20 and store was closed. Hours online and on their phone system say closes at midnight.

The staff were friendly and courteous. They asked if I was a rewards member and checked my account and noted I had a 40% off coupons and a coupon for $3.00. Great experience as usual.

I just got racially profiled by the Pharmacy Manager who refused to fill a prescription for me because she was wondering why I wanted to pay for a prescription when she noticed I had insurance. The real reason was that she didn’t feel comfortable refilling a prescription because I was a African American Male and why would I want to pay $18 for a prescription that I’ve been receiving for 7 years when I can get it for free at another pharmacy. First of all it’s 7 pm and I was advised that it was ready to pick up, and 2nd, I wasn’t aware that it was free at a different pharmacy because I’ve been coming to the same pharmacy for 7 years to pick up a prescription that i didn’t need insurance to pick up. It’s the old white lady in the back. If you’re black you’re getting profiled regardless of what’s on file. It’s just how America works.

The store was supposed to be open until midnight but I came at 9:15 pm and it was closed. The lights are on and there’s a worker walking inside who saw me but refused to open. Not sure whether the store workers are striking or making money while serving no one. Tried to call their number but no one answered. There were many clients waiting outside and decided to leave. A waste of business!

Extremely difficult to get prescriptions filled, store is 10x expensive then whole foods with low quality products and is constantly overrun and vandalized by unhoused people.

Not very helpful, made me do all the work on the backend with insurance and rx. No logical explanation just they can’t do it, and fill it at another pharmacy outside of CVS.
