Now I remember how much I cannot stand shopping in any CVS location especially this one. You guys look like you need a remodel in 1990 but you decided to just keep the aesthetic of a part middle school/part thrift store. If you're looking for a cashier good luck because there's only self checkout. If you're self checkout cards you for alcohol or something you need help with good luck with that too because you'll have to wait till somebody comes up there and they're usually busy doing other things because they understaff their store.

The doctor was a jerk. And yes they were almost closing the clinic but my sister literally needed them to just check her ear to see if she has an ear infection. She’s in pain, we’re from Canada, they still had 10 minutes and she needed no more time than that. “Sorry I can’t help you.” Sure you are, absolutely no empathy. Can’t help the simplest issue that takes nearly no time. My sister came out crying because she was in pain and the doctor was a jerk.

Normally never have an issue but the big girl with all the acne threw my debit card in my car and was like it went by your door and walked away. Like okay go sit in a cubicle somewhere and don’t talk to customers.
Updated my review as thankfully I have not seen her in the drive thru. There has been friendly people since. Thankful for this change because she was awful!

Made an appointment online for the quick clinic. Entered my insurance information online. Followed every single instruction given. I show up for my appointment and the worker tells me not only do they not take my insurance but that it's my fault for not calling ahead. Apparently it doesn't matter that they had all my info for 3 hours before I came in.
Blaming the customer, in this case the patient, for your own mistakes is terrible business.

The store is poorly organized and as a result is difficult to find what you need. The staff is nice enough and can be helpful when sought out. However, the current store manager is rather cruel. She simply refuses to help customers beyond the most basic of duties. She only maintains herself as the warden of the store.

The pharmacy here is the best. Rarely a wait as the staff is on top of things. Ismail went above and beyond for me by contacting my doctor for an issue with a script my doctor sent in.

CVS has wonderful deals and they really care about family. They are so helpful with customers and making sure the customer is satisfied.

I moved from Walgreens to here. It has been a mess and I am moving back. Was supposed to be cheaper and more convenient. The last straw was on a med that they ran out of. They sent a notice that they are out of stock and they were ordering more after three days of waiting for an update. I just found out they canceled my refill. Went to the pharmacy to get the next steps and I was told to contact another pharmacy as they “Look like” they have it. ??? i have to source my own meds? So back to Walgreens!! They have never done this to me. Left them cause I was told they are move convenient and they are owned by my insurance.

This was my first time getting a prescription here and it was excellent. Friendly, helpful, kind, respectful pharmacist and staff. I waited with a short wait. I highly recommend this place.

If you have a simple infection or need a vaccination this is the best spot to go. You can go online and make an appointment and be in within 20-40 minutes. I stepped on a rusty nail and needed a tetanus shot. I went online and made an appointment and was being seen within 20 minutes. I need it a TB test done for work and I had it done here easy Peezy. I have to say that the women who work here are phenomenal from the medical assistant nurse practitioner to doctor everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have always had good experiences here. They don't take my insurance but I do send the claim into my insurance and get reimbursed so if that works for me.

Came in at the last minute and my son was really sick… I know her name begins with Chi but she was super helpful and understanding. She could have turned me away but didn’t… thank goodness I’m truly grateful.

CVS corporate should be checking the reviews of this branch pharmacy. They tried to get met for $461.00 for drug,then the next day I bought it from them for$11.00. The explanation from pharmacist was a vomit of excuses of personell training!
