I agree with the bad reviews. Worst customer service. Dirty store. There’s a Walgreens next block.

I had two different prescriptions one high dosage for 3 months then a lower dosage for 3 months. I asked if my daughter is now done with her higher dosage medication because I cannot see on my prescriptions list, not sure what part of that the pharmacist couldn’t understand. On top of the girl at the window with her nasty attitude. Don’t take it out on me if you’re stressed, I didn’t do nothing to you. Do better ladies!!!

So upset! I am a disabled veteran I Did not complain when minute clinic misdiagnosed me and i was in ER for 5 days i did not complain when i had to pay for my prescriptions cause cvs is unable to follow procedure for scripts! I did speak out ridiculous im going to walgreens cant believe you close the pharmacy at 2 pm my bad i did not know they all did it. But i was said as i was leaving thru the door!!! Now today the manager was rude that i DO NOT EXCEPT!! Because i am getting over covid pneumonia with a loud voice as i entered which aisle is prep H in realise i feel awful did not want to Compromise health of others individual told said aisle and made rude comment! Heading to register i asked to talk to management he made another comment say he was the manager and mentioned i was rude because of earlier comment about pharmacy i immediately dropped what was in my hand and walked out and contacted customer service i will not return to any cvs now!!! walgreens is best anyhow! And manager should be reprimanded for his behaviour and removed from his position for treating a disabled veteran with cancer and ptsd so rudely! Btw his first comment was a sarcastic “ I said good morning “ sorry not something he should ever expect from a customer especially not that its his business that i am currently dealing with being extremely sick and dont feel like saying good morning to anybody that is my right as a human being!!! And as a representative of a business where people that come in are sick at time that he should ever expect or be butt hurt about it!!! I lived in the area for 30 plus years and see the business is already suffering with sales due to not many going there i mean empty majority of the time so why Alienate customers that do go there cause ill never go again he did tell me not to return funny thing i move out of the area in a month and am happier with Walgreens anyhow so no effect on me in any way but i will point it out for other veterans and the population base in the area cause locals deserve to be teated with respect DONT GO!!!

Don’t bother going. While I was talking to the pharmacy assistant some guy came in behind me saying he had a question real quick. And guess what, they immediately dropped me and proceeded to assist him who couldnt bother to wait his turn and for some reason thought he had some privilege. They never came back to help me. I asked for a manager of the store and some lady told me she can help me. I proceeded to tell her what had happened and that it was unacceptable and bad customer service, she replied that she didn’t know the circumstance and that maybe the guy just needed help. Don’t bother. Go somewhere else.

I'd rather buy horse manure from the Soviets than buy from a CVS Pharmacy. But like 100 million other Americans I have no choice because of my prescription coverage from CVS. Every single one I've dealt with in three states has been worse than the rest. I hate CVS even more than I hate terrorists, communists, and the Chicago Cubs. The latest problem deals with the fact they "never received" a refill prescription from my new doctor, after the doctor resent it after the weekend I've waited 4 more days for stock, which means I'm a week without medication. I hope your children grow to hate you as much as I do.

Terrible store. Managers have no idea what they're doing and will happily lie to customers. Rose the manager is extremely rude and uneducated. Flase advertising on prices and threateneing to destroy customers merchandise. Someone needs to do something with this place.

I have been sitting at the drive up pharmacy window for 23 minutes. One car has need helped. One! This is not an unusual experience inside or out. This was a prescription for my wife. I have quit this pharmacy and honestly to Walgreens. Get more or better help!

I’m not sure what is going on with this store. Some of the shelves are empty for essential products. I went in to buy deodorant two weeks ago and the selection left a lot to be desired .The shelves were nearly empty. Been trying to by alka seltzer for almost 2 weeks, none available. The toothpaste aisle, nearly empty. I’ve been to other CVS’s outside our neighborhood and they’re fully stocked. Not sure what is wrong with this store!
