Horrible costumer service, rang costumer service button 6 times and no one ever came to help unlock an item. Went to another section and got some nail glue that was also locked had to get help from cashier, when I go to pay nail glue they were holding at cashier they had lost it, had to go get another one unlocked….

They always greet me when I come through the door at this location. Not all locations do this. Always good customer service.

Pharmacists are rude and provide the worst customer service. You would think that even if you are going to clock out in 5 minutes that doesn’t mean you are still on the clock 😂 Like if you are still on the clock you are still working. I don’t know I just think of people decide to be pharmacist they should at least have better attitudes, act professional and just be decent human beings.

Worst Pharmacy ! Walmart has better customer service, care and quality. Explaining everything would trigger a migraine, so let’s just say that I received the wrong prescription (I had paid for it), accidentally took it, which made me feel unwell. Subsequently, when I informed them about the error and obtained a new prescription, I had to pay for the new and correct medication.

Why is it that the worst CVS Pharmacy in the state of Arizona is the closest one to my house. Constant problems trying to get a script filled. I never look forward to having to deal with anybody behind the counter either. Totally unhelpful

I genuinely love coming to this location, I’m always greeted so nicely! It’s always so clean ! Makes me feel so welcomed never had an issue, this cvs location has become one of my comfort stores .
