the worst. They are thieves in the most literal sense. RUDE. Scammers - led me down a garden path for HOURS before I got a clue, told them to (explitive deleted) off. They called me 17 times. Called my bank, found fraudulent charges. They are the "official" tech support third party for HP. I will NEVER buy another HP product, just because of this experience. DON'T GO NEAR THEM.

ZERO stars if possible. HP wireless printer help desk lead me right to these crooks. Was and still is a total nightmare. A 20-30 minute "help" lasted over 5 hours. Talked me into a service that cost $300 that I didn't understand nor did I want. Laughed at me repeatedly for my ignorance. Claimed to take files off my computer that are still there today. Installed an antivirus on devices that did not need it and I can't remove it. Now my computer glitches and there are things that are no longer working, especially with my email and USB ports. Phone connection was so bad that I had to be recalled over a dozen times. Was completely held hostage at my computer and phone for the whole day. I will have to take my computer in to a REAL help desk which is going to cost another $200, I wish I would have done instead of the remote thing. Issued a partial refund, but won't cover the cost to undo the things they did. THEY ARE HACKERS!!

I needed support to get my scan capability on my new HP printer. I was unable to do it as the required drivers were not available. Rachel walked me through the process and then updated my computer, added a new virus software service, downloaded the required drivers and checked everything out. The printer now does everything it is supposed to, my virus software has been updated and I am very pleased with Rachel's work. I am 81 years old, have impaired hearing (use blue-tooth connection for my phone) and Rachel never tired of my asking to repeat anything, gave thorough report of what she was doing and the progress of her efforts. She is an asset to your organization and I will not hesitate to contact her if I need any further help. I seriously doubt that will be necessary though.

I came to hp.com/support for help because I was unable to get past a certain point in setting up my HP Office Jet Pro 8028e printer. The setup system would not accept my password at a point. I was connected with Hazel of Cyber Tech Solutions. We spent nearly 2 hours working thru the problem, Hazel walking me thru the setup until she found the reason for the "failure" in my Mac, an intruder of some kind. She was able to correct the problem and set up my printer for my Mac Book Pro and my 5s I phone. Throughout, Ms. Hazel was very knowledgeable, quick, and patient with my less than proficient knowledge and performance on my equipment, saying at least twice, "Relax and take a deep breath", as I struggled. She did a great Job! And was an nergetic salesperson. I will try to reach back to her were I to have problems in the future. Thanks very much, and please let Hazel's supervisor know of this Review.
