They are great here! Super helpful, kind and considerate! He seems to always have my best interest in mind which unfortunately can be hard to find when it comes to auto shops. This is the only place I will take my car since moving to Phoenix.

First time there today. I did not get the gentleman that talked to me at the front but very nice helpful and personable person. Bill the mechanic in the back that evaluated my vehicle very very nice and helpful. Nobody tried to sell or upscale anything to me. Helped me with my request and I was on my way. I will a thousand percent go back to them. Awesome job guys keep it up!

I always buy Hondas so I can go here for maintenance!!! Been using them since 1994...these guys really know Hondas and Acuras, you can trust them to fix your car! They never upsell you and tell you the truth as to what your car will need.

This Is The ONLY Shop you can tell what You think is wrong with your car....I was warned telling a mechanic What's wrong with your vehicle is the Ultimate mistake...So I never did...But this place is different...They welcome your information and will tell you if You were wrong and what the issue actually is...And in my Case...They've saved me ALOT of money and my car continues to run in excellent condition...I came from an Acura dealership that was trying to rip me off...I was told about this business... Never looked back...This is a business that has Integrity...and Your vehicle is ready in a timely manner...What I spend here to keep my vehicle running...I don't mind...

I went to two other shops to get my car worked on for the issue I was having. It cost me hundreds of $$ for a new starter and a new battery... the problem persisted. Took my car to Showcase Honda, the guy listened to my car, heard the problem and told me he would have to run a diag on it @ a cost of $180 (I backed up and left)
I called D&W, and these guys diagnosed my problem over the phone in 2 minutes, took is over, and they fixed it in 20 min!!!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!!
Honesty and great service is a rare find these days!!!! D&W hit both points
