Very interesting store. Good for some Japanese merch and everyday household items as well as snacks and drinks. I wanted to buy some souvenirs here for a couple of friends, and I found the Sanrio section to be a bit lacking. Still a good stop to grab a few items, and prices are cheap. The store is very organized and clean.

Horrible customer service! Ghetttooooo is a understatement
My twenty dollar bill got stuck in your machine. The worker and manager act like I was trying to rob them . She made it seem lie my twenty was fake because it got stuck instead of thinking maybe it curled up when inserted. I told her to just give me my twenty back because I didn’t have time for the bullshit. The manager hurry up and put my twenty in the machine and walked off . Also I paid for items that weren’t in my bag called back manager played stupid.

The store inside looks very clean and organized, Buttttt the items do not have the prices witch you have to figure out the chart prices on the sides, that still did kot understand, It was really hard and to find sombody to help, i had more chances hitting the lottery than finding some one to help, so i left.
