We have been seeing Victoria for a few years now for our maltipoo and the last year for our poodle mix. They always look adorable and Victoria takes very good care of them both.

I haven't necessarily had personal issues with the grooming of my dog, although they never seem to be able to clip or grind his nails despite other groomers not having an issues. My dog only requires a simple bath and maybe deshedder and so far I haven't had any specific complaints that pertain to his grooming (outside the nail clipping). My issue is that they seem to not have enough staff to handle customers coming in. The last time I came to drop my dog off for an approved appointment, I had to wait for someone to check him in. There appeared to only be one person working and that person was already in the middle of grooming a smaller dog on a table. The groomer stepped away from the dog at the table to check my dog in and put him in the back. I get the dog had the collar attached to the table and another on the hind quarters, but I know that is not safe nor industry standard to walk away from a dog on a table. It only takes a minute for the dog to jump off and strangle themselves. How do I know? Because I used to work for a major pet retailer with grooming services in their corp store ops and I was part of several conversations around pet safety and policies around grooming safety specifically. I also know that they were sued for injuries to pets when groomer left dogs on tables unattended. Part of me wanted to walk out but I know my dog is too big for a table, but after that appointment I can't in good conscious continue to go back to a groomer who doesn't take pet safety seriously. They seriously need to retrain their staff or perhaps employ some basic safety procedures and hire more or do not accept appointments if there isn't enough staff. But having lax safety standards is really a disaster waiting to happen.

$80 (including tip) for my Cocker Spaniel to be bathed and brushed. The shampoo use was very pungent and my boy had several knots in his coat. People there were nice but the quality of the service is severely lacking. Do not recommend.

URGENT NOTICE!! ALLEGED ANIMAL MISHANDLING at Anthem Puff n' Stuff Caution to Pet Owners Seeking Grooming Services - I implore you to exercise caution when entrusting your pets for grooming at Anthem Puff n' Stuff. My dear Shiffon dog, Coco, holds a special place in my heart, akin to a child, and an upsetting incident transpired that has profoundly affected both Coco and me. During the grooming session, my dog was shaved down to her skin without my prior consent, leaving her appearance unrecognizable. When my husband brought her back home, we were shocked, briefly believing that they had given us the wrong dog entirely. Upon conversing with Christine, the manager, her proposed resolution was to have a discussion with the groomer and possibly take corrective measures. I found this response entirely unsatisfactory and unacceptable. In light of these distressing events, I am contemplating reaching out to relevant authorities to investigate this matter further as it raises concerns of potential animal mishandling. Additionally, I may consult with legal counsel regarding my options. The journey to restore Coco to her normal self will undoubtedly be a lengthy and painstaking one. I feel compelled to inform the Anthem community of this incident to prevent other pet owners from facing similar distressing situations. Puff n' Stuff is situated in the Frye's parking lot, and I encourage fellow pet owners to exercise vigilance when considering their services. Your pets' well-being deserves the utmost care and consideration.

I will NOT be going back..I came here about a month and a half ago, and was not impressed with the Grooming in proportion to the price that I paid. They automatically added the tip without my consent, and to be honest, I wasn’t very happy with the results. The groomer was Heather McBride. Because they’re so close to my home I thought I’d give them a second chance, and again was disappointed. The groomer, Heather McBride basically told me when I got there that she wasn’t sure that she could give or provide a haircut for my dog. Even though my dog has been to several of the other groomers and was fine. I decided to give this place a second chance because it was so close to my home. it appeared to me that she really just didn’t want to groom my dog that day. She was able to successfully talk me out of not having my dog groom there. I will not be going back or referring any of my friends or neighbors to this groomer or salon.

Friendly staff, great haircut for my pupper. Although, I paid to have her nails trimmed and they didn’t seem to be trimmed at all. So… 4 stars ? I’ll check in store next time to be sure this was just a mistake. Benefit of the doubt, am I right?! ?

They will be OVERLY rough with your animal. Owner doesn't know how to run business, your animal will take FOREVER to be completed, dog was left at 11am, and wasn't done until almost 4! And was skiddish and anxious and ready to leave. Employees were arguing and cussing at eachother, so unprofessional i couldnt believe it! No actual team effort, no teamwork, it's always chaos. I don't know how these reviews are raving about this place because they DO NOT treat your animal right. I'll never be back, and STONGLY advise to not bring your animal there if you love your pet. Ridiculous, horrible business.

I have a dog with trust issues…rescued only a year ago, i have been ‘home cutting’ her to save us the cost and drama. I know I am not the best at it, so I thought i would take her in for a spa day to celebrate her one year ‘gotcha day’.It was horrible. They kept her for 6 hours…!!(?!) And when i finally got her, she came back with a SIGNIFICANT razor cut under her chin that the woman called a ‘hot spot’ …(?!) This was NOT there when i dropped her.(They did mention this ‘hot spot’ when i retrieved her, but being in a hurry and my dog squirming, i was not able to actually SEE it until later. They gave me a discount for the time and sent me on my way….I wish i had not rushed…i would not have paid…but here we are.)Several days later, my dog remains reserved and afraid all over again…like she was when when i rescued her.We are BOTH traumatized by this experience./: I guess i’m off to Youtube University to learn to groom her myself.I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.
