Friendly and knowledgeable but expensive! Charge $60 up front, no matter what the diagnosis. Just needed a new port put in. Wanted to charge me $275. Had to go elsewhere, so that's $60 for nothing.

I was told my laptop had lots of virus infections in the operating system and in my personal files, and that I the hard drive was failing. I replaced the hard drive with an SSD which resolved all issues. No virus were found. I don't believe I was told the truth about the virus infections.

Took my computer in for quarterly performance checkup. Work was performed in a timely manner as promised. Staff was genuinely caring about my computer.

I received friendly and professional service for the upgrade/repair of my aged Gateway laptop. Jamie took a sincere interest in my situation and provided honest and helpful information. She took time to work through alternatives to get me up and running and prepare for the coming Windows 11 turnover. I am thrilled to have a LIVE person to help me now and in the future. Data doctors staff are great the issue with my processor is still unresolved since I bought it at this location, it has been sent back to Intel for repair, and still goes blue screen uncontrollably

They ALWAYS come through for me. Recently, both my laptop and PC started being 'difficult'. Even though I have antivirus software, they didn't cover new bugs. Data Doctors got to work and my laptop is now bug-free and working as good as before. The PC is going in for it's checkup soon.

I want to give a big thank you to the Staff of DATA DOCTORS !!! Since they not only save my Laptop recently but previuosly they were able to save and recover 100% information of my 4 TB external Hard drive were I basically have all my lifes work from the past 30 Years. Joseph on the front desk is always welcoming and explain everything very clear on the steps they will take, and Gale was the one taking care of my laptop, and did a phenomenal JOb performing a deep Phisical clean-up, Reapply Thermal paste and finding oout that my battery was bad; Replaced it in less than a day and having it ready super fast! From Now on this is my IT place to go for anything related to electronics, SO THANK YOU !!!!!
