I have used Data Doctors for the past 3-4 years and will purchase another 2026 agreement. Since I'm mostly at home and my PC is 90% of outside communication, this is a must for me. They have excellent services, over the phone, on line and coming to your home or at their many stores. The agreement is well worth the price for peace of mind.

John was awesome in helping me with my Surface Pro mouse pad issue today. It was holding up my livelihood and ability to work. He was able to correct it on the spot and did not charge me. All on a busy Monday morning. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future needs and will certainly recommend them. Thanks Data Doctors!

I have been a Data Doctors Quality Care participant for years. I recently brought my laptop in to the 16th Street & Camelback store for a checkup and to have the secure boot option activated so Windows 11 could be downloaded. Francisco did all of that work, including downloading Windows 11, and had my computer ready the following afternoon. And he took the time to go over Windows 11 when I picked the computer up. I have always had great service from Data Doctors.

We had to purchase a new computer, ours was quite old, to accommodate Windows 11. We were very nervous and anxious when we took it to Francisco. He reassured us that they could do a cloning and everything would be fine. And everything was fine! All the older software works perfect, the screens all look the same, and we didn't lose any data. We were so pleased and utterly relieved. After almost one month, our new computer and all the software work perfectly, and for a very reasonable fee. Thank you Francisco and Data Doctors!!!

I do not recommend this place to anyone. Their results and service are negligible and not worth how much they charge. Complete waste of time and money. Not worth it, go some where else

The boys faced the gruesome task of having to tell me that my 12-year-old computer could not be updated to running Windows 11. I mean that’s like losing an old friend! John set me up with a small computer called a NUC. It works wonderfully, and I have completely forgotten about my old computer. It’s on a shelf in my bedroom. Who knows maybe I’ll set it up and use it as a second computer someday. Data Doctors has saved my data from some of the catastrophic dealings of my own idiocy. I am very confident that they can solve just about Any issue that I can create .

All the employees are very kind and professional, couldn't be more pleased. Will update review once I recieve my pc back for pricing and if they could fix the issue :)
Edit: $60 diagnostic. $300 for repair which required dissambly and bios resets. I agreed to get it repaired at this location so they deducted the $60 diagnostic only costing me $240 for the full service, very very very impressed, love these employees! Will always come here with my emergency pc situations 👍👍
