DO NOT USE THIS “COMPANY”! They will ruin your precious things and then ignore you. I specifically instructed that our master bedroom furniture be wrapped before loading and they outright ignored my request and now my bed frame is scratched, dinged, and ruined because they couldn’t follow one simple instruction. They then refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. I have sent emails, and Facebook messages with no response. Terrible human beings. I don’t know how they sleep at night. Karma to you DEFT Movers.

They scammed me out of $860+ my furniture was brand new when purchased then noticed after they moved things not only was many of my vintage items missing but my furniture was chipped I was originally quoted $470 just to drive 8 big items down the road( should’ve taken 3 hours top ) they ended up taking well over 7+ hours intentionally it was two people the owner and a non English speaking helper and the person that was on the phone that I originally spoke to is related to the owner she was not only rude but unfair with the pricing ( she gon lie say I gave you a better deal then my family ma’am stop the lying when you are related to the owner so you know it isn’t a good price yall take advantage of people ) the owner lied about pricing when he arrived saying he would only charge $79 per additional hour if it goes beyond what the original quote was they not only did that additional hour but they charge for another trip when I wasn’t aware of additional hour trip charge this is after they threw out another customers bulk items at my new place taking well over 30+ mins the owner n his helper. But first they was suppose to send a large enough truck with the female on the phone said should fit everything after I gave her a detailed description of everything … my experience was essentially not good last time I user a mover they was trust worthy and fair

This place is a scam. A 3hr job max ended up being a 7hr job. Had scheduled the Monday after Cinco de mayo and was told that there employees called off and had to reschedule for Tuesday. Had to take a extra day off work which cost me even more money. We had talk with the lady which she seem always busy and away from the office. And explain to her what needed to be move. Which was two couches, 4 beds which they move only three because the other bed I just told to leave because they where moving slow to milk the clock. One bench, a fridge, and a grill. They came unprepared with no tools to take beds apart. I ended up taking the beds apart while they where taking a smoke break on the clock instead of moving other items. When they put my furniture in the new house which was built in 2024 they scuff up all the walls and chip some corners. That moving job cost me $830 to move my items a few blocks down the road. I then called the office to let them know the situation and they said they gave me a discount which that was a lie. I told them about the walls and chips. They said they will have someone come by and fix all that. They cancel on us three times and it's been over a month and no one has came by to fix the issue. It's a shame and scam.

The moves came an hour early to help with the move and they were really quick with it. They got finished exactly at 2pm which after that I would have got charged extra for the hour. Buutttt the price was reasonable and the staff was friendly. I definitely would call again in the future for my next move 😊

The movers showed up between 8-9am, exactly as specified. They were fast and careful with my items, even items that weren't packed so great. They were efficient in packing the 16 foot truck, and they did not overcharge me for their time. The fees were spelled out in the contract that I signed before they started moving my items. There was a fee of $463 for the first 2 hours of moving, and it is $69.99 for each additional hour on top of that. A $50 deposit was required to hold the moving day that I reserved only 10 days before moving. I will absolutely use Deft Movers again if I have to move again!

I'd definitely use Deft again. We had a short conversation on the phone where I described what I needed to move and they recommended two movers and a couple of hours. The movers showed up on time and were very professional. I was embarrassed because I'd done a horrible job packing, but that didn't slow them down one bit. They carefully loaded everything into the truck and unloaded it just as thoughtfully at the new place. They were very quick and the time and manpower estimate was right on the money. Thank you for making the worst part of moving a whole lot better!

Everything was delivered quickly and safely! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone searching for quality service. I was pleasantly surprised by how simple everything was and how fast the delivery was. They are definitely on top of their game! All items arrived in perfect condition with no damages or blemishes. Our friends recommended Deft movers. Very nice people and very professional. They even helped us move an old heavy TV out of a bedroom and into the garage. Our moving experience with them was smooth and very pleasant.

I had an interesting moving experience with Deft movers. I had to move my official furniture. I was so anxious about my move because I didn’t have any idea about moving company. So I contacted many moving companies then I picked up Deft movers after doing a lot of research from many source and this site. I heard it was well reputed and famous for good customer service and I found them true. Well, on the move day they came just on time and took their responsibilities with great care. I am thankful to them. The team was friendly and managed everything. They were well mannered and did all work very neat and cleanly.

Great experience. Communication via email and phone is always prompt and courteous. The team was timely and as promised, they called prior to arriving so you're not sitting around all day wondering where they are. All of my belongings were moved intact with no damage to the items. The pricing is transparent and unlike other moving companies, they don't try to inflate the cost with the extra supplies. These gentlemen were the absolute best professionals you could have to handle your move. I highly recommend using their services and especially this great crew. Thank you!

Incredible service. They were very caring and courteous. They made my move painless and tension free. They went out of their grip to make our transportation easier. I was very much impressed on their friendliness and competence. They were extra concerned not to bang any walls, floors, or furniture. Deft movers confirmed me if any unwanted situation happened, they would compensate me but there was absolutely no incident. We will never hesitate to use their service again for our next move. They are great guys and great movers.

It could not have gone better than the way Deft movers moved us. They did a good job. They called me several times to make me confirmed that they were arriving. After they arrived I just met some friendly and courteous guys. Later I discovered they are not only courteous but they are equally expert in their service. They were not like other movers who hesitate and take time to decide what to do. Rather they had clear concept and experience on which job should be prioritized. It was a stress free move. I will of course use them again and I highly recommend as well

I moved from New Jersey to Minnesota. The transition was absolutely great. I stored my belongings for a week in their storage and surprised to see its integrity was intact. They have excellent storage which is perfect for all kind of weather. After a week they carried the items to my new place at absolutely reasonable price. The guys were hardworking and professional. They knew what to do and how to do. My move was relaxing. I will definitely use this company on my next move

What a great move! I was nervous about this change for me, and hiring a moving company but I really worried for nothing. Deft movers did a great job from start to finish. The first phone call was great, I got all my questions answered and even when I was wondering when my furniture was arriving, the customer service was awesome. The guys that picked me up were nice and explained everything to me. They got me moved out of my house super fast. My delivery crew was just as nice.They put everything where I wanted it and even put my entertainment center together, including hooking up my TV which they did not have to do. I will use them again if I ever have to move and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
