A simple apology, that your website listing title is misleading would’ve sufficed. But I you had to be a smarta# • Typical reseller.
Listing clearly states for a pack of 12. $100 later, After getting 15 bits, it was confusing as to why. Asked their customer service if it’s an issue on their end. Got a reply saying that it’s per 1 bit.
I told them that this is a misleading bs tactic on their site, by listing it as a pack of 12 and not saying anywhere that it’s is a per bit price.
Then I get a smarta# responce that this isn’t eBay and I won’t find quality bits for .47c.
Dude you missed the whole point. Fix your listings.

A simple ignored email is the difference between 5 stars and 1 in my book. It shows a lack of customer service which is usualy the tip of a larger iceberg.
1st time trying them, also last time. My company litteraly just went out and bought new blades.

A good friend of mine works there and he knows how pro work is done there id recomend them over some of the other with resharpinging blades i hear the detailed work is good work and last longer then cheapy's
