I have never had more problems with a financial institution. My debit card information has been fraudulently used in another city twice, even after I cancelled it and got a new one. It’s been two weeks and they haven’t credited my account, and it’s Christmas!My employer made a mistake on my check do I had to get a paper check. The gentleman who assisted me was going to put a hold on my check for 10 days except for 25%!I’m going to find a new bank asap. Your money isn’t safe here and they could care less about you.

OK. I am new to this bank, but this institution seems to do things differently than other banks I have done business with. First, (I'm not making this up) they do not use deposit slips. The little slip of paper that you use when you go through the drive-thru with a check, to accompany that same check, that includes your account number so that they will know what account to deposit the check into, presumably, so there is no error. So how do you know whose account I want this deposited into? (EX: what if I'm depositing the check in my daughters account for what ever reason) "We go by your ID." That, of course, would only help if it was MY account I was depositing the money into.Secondly: The amount of my deposit, less cash back (which would be normally noted on the deposit slip, which they don't use), should be shown on the receipt. It only shows the full amount of the check deposited, followed several lines down by a deficit of the amount of cash back, without indicating that it is, in fact, cash back.Thirdly: At the beginning of this month, I asked for a pack of pre-printed deposit slips (like the 2 I got when I got my checks). Teller was very friendly and seemingly helpful and said "No problem. You should have them within 10 days". When I went to the bank, nearly a month later, and after not receiving the deposit slips, I naturally inquired about them. The teller informed me that they don't use deposit slips, and what was ordered for me were check registers. Why would I have her mail check registers. You have those here at the bank, don't you? "She must have misunderstood you".Don't you have to possess, at least at a minimum, a high school diploma to work at a bank?

Your teller was/is confident, knowledgeable and I really trusted her! She is new to the position an knows her job as if she'd been doing it for years! Not to mention sweet ( important).

When I first moved to AZ, I had an acct with a different credit union. However, I was able to utilize Desert Financial's ATM & shared branching srvcs to access my account until they did away with that service. I then decided to just go ahead and transfer my account to DF. Everything seemed fine for awhile until I tried to transfer my rent money via Zelle, only to have it denied. Turns out DF up and got rid of their Zelle srvcs, making it difficult to complete simple transactions. I am now switching back to my previous credit union, which actually makes banking more convenient.

I found the associate through in her action, and very pleasant to have a conversation with. She is someone I would enjoy and appreciate having more interaction with. She is an asset to DFCU.

The financial representative that I met with was very nice, very professional very, knowledgeable ,very welcoming. I'm looking around and I see that they have plenty of employees here to assist customers which is something that larger banks are lacking, customer service.

I have never been so dissatisfied. When you need a one-on-one banker you wait forever and then on top of it you can't even get silly little things accomplished with the one-on-one banker like I let her stating how much deposits you get a year. The guy is super lazy. And the ladies act like they are better then you. I'm very disappointed with service I've gotten just for asking for a letter about my account.

It took a while for us to be seen by a banker, but the service was excellent and he went out of his way to make sure that all of our banking needs were met. I highly recommend this bank as well as their mobile app.
