Difficult review to write. Staff is helpful and Knowledgeable, while they are there. This is the second time this morning that I have arrived within normal business hours and the business has been locked with no explanation or staff on premises. I run a professional detailing business using chemical guys products exclusively, And I rely on being able to get products locally rather than relying on amazon.Having to reschedule an appointment this morning due to lack of product availability from a retail store being closed without warning during normal business hours is the most unprofessional phone call I've ever had to make. I come from another trade industry, and I've never had an issue with supply stores being closed During normal business hours. I am beyond frustrated and only leave a three star review due to the good service when available.

Great place for EVERYTHING you need for detailing your ride! I have used several of their products on buffing out paint on a project car and I enjoyed using their products on the project. The cutting and polishing quality of the pads to chemicals made the job pleasant also! Glad I stumbled across this store!

Stopped in to grab a few things and was very impressed with the place. DM was SUPER helpful and honest about what products I needed. No pressure to buy stuff but ended up with all of the necessities for what I need. Hard to find good places like this with good staff. Thanks for the experience!

Great customer service. Stopped by to get leather cleaner for sunscreen that transferred to leather seats. Very helpful service. The attendant demo'd tire cleaner on his own car which was helpful to see how it worked. Knowledgeable staff, and a decent sized show room. Highly recommended.

I went to this place for the first time on Sunday. They had a very nice car show there along with some demos of their own products. This store is amazing and so are the staff. I highly recommend this place!

I came in for the first time in February and ever since I’ve came in every weekend non stop. With the amazing staff like Tobi and Mark, it makes it a place you want to be, but a big shout out to both, Mark for his knowledge and recommendations that never fail me! And Tobi, he shows great leader ship and aside from selling you premium products my man also gives you that premium treatment, Definitely would recommend you going to this place and look for my guys mark and Tobi they will always welcome you like family!
