I had a difficult issue sending a DHL express label to a Belgium company so that l could import some artwork that I had purchase from them. Because of unknown potential tariffs they refused to send the materials. They required that I import the materials taking full responsibility for the DHL transfer. Julie at the DHL office at the Phoenix SkyHarbor airport walked me through the entire process. The incoming label was transmitted sucessfully. Technically it was completely my responsibility to figure out how to accomplish this task. Without her patience and help it simply would not have happened.
