I went to the location at 2350 riverview. I had a box of goods going to France. I was met by two extremely helpful women, Julie and Jen. One was in training and one experienced and teaching. Very helpful, If you need something shipped, it was worth the drive..these two ladies did a fabulous job!

DHL website was an absolute nightmare. Would not accept shipping information. Called the support number, transferred 3 times and was on hold for over an hour. Gave up and went to the DHL Express ServicePoint. Olivia was great and walked me through shipping the crate. Nice to know there is such a helpful person one can still go to.

Went to pick up my package and they gave me the wrong one… how does that happen? And then they were willing to come pick it up but couldn’t bring mine. So I had to take another hour drive to finally get the right package. Quality service ??

I went to pick up my package without notice. The Associate at the desk Julie went above and beyond to fetch my package. Her willingness to help the customer and the ensure customer satisfaction made me feel that DHL values the customers.+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++I am sorry that I have to change my rating from very satisfied with customer service on 10/20/2023 to very much disappointed with DHL as my package is delayed again today on 10/23/2023. Today I was told the address was incorrect and can not be delivered today. But while I went to pick up the package on 10/20/2023, I gave the tracking number and the associate was able to pull up the shipping details in the system with my home address. If the shipping address was incorrect it could have been corrected on Friday itself and I could have the package today but that didnt' happen.On top of that, after correcting the address today (10/23), I requested the rep multiple times to make the package available for pickup today if not for delivery, but she didn't show any inclination to look for possibilities to help.Very very disappointed with the overall service and don't feel like using DHL again in the future.

So I have been told to write a review here by national manager ... , because this is where the packages hub is located or where they get sent out from . Just not sure on how to gauge when packages arrive since have now been late 3 days continuous times. And need to solve and have an understanding of why packages have a 2 to 3 day delay from initial time stamps of on time deliveries.

If I could not give a single star it would have been better. It’s been two weeks my package has not arrived. the customer care and the phoenix branch holding my package the second time. The people working in the Phoenix branch are not capable of working as they are not concerned. I assume they are playing around with me package from Tucson the destination to their branch and holding it for no reason. I don't understand how do they expect a handicapped lady to drive all the way to phoenix from Tucson for her diabetic’s medication. Since 2 weeks I am waiting for the package of medications. This is the second time when my package was held by this branch for no reason when I used to reside in Tempe. I had and have a very bad experience with DHL Phoenix Brach.Jay from Tempe branch goes above and beyond to help me with the delivery of my package but even he was not successful.

DHL is the worst delivery service in existence. I cringe everytime the only way I can receive a package is through them. In fact, I'll spend more for the product, more for the delivery just to avoid DHL if that means buying from a competitor or shipping via Fedex or UPS. For a company owned by Germans you'd think they would be efficient and on time. They are neither of those things. You'd think they'd be organized. Nope. Avoid DHL at all costs.

Saw from a distance a delivery driver going through Ak-Chin Indian Community yesterday evening between 5-520p passing in a no passing zone in a residential area. Must’ve been going 40-50mph in a 25mph. There are two speed limits.. just past the bridge going west is 25mph.. after the bridge is 35mph. There are elders and children that walk through there daily. I could’ve called in but driver as too fast for me to catch up hopefully somebody did. SLOW DOWN!!

It was absolutely awful. They lied about trying to deliver the package then went it was said to be picked up I went and they were extremely rude and told me that it has to be all sorted before I could get it. They originally told me when they open then nothing. I paid over 200.00 for shipping and they never even did their job. Would never recommend their service or dealing with their office as they are rude to your face and lie. I would think they would be going out of business with their practices. For your own good use ups, USPS, or any other service that ships!

Every time I’ve come here all the staff have been very helpful and willing to work with me. I mostly pick up packages. I’ve worked with Julie quite a few times and she has always been very helpful in getting my packages so that I can pick them up. Sometimes my packages are being put on a truck for delivery but I wanted to pick them up a little early so she was very accommodating and helped me do so.

Olivia Menard in Phx assisted me with a difficult task, which no one in my home town could figure out - how to ship an item to China with the various daunting codes and other requirements. She was nothing but patient and helpful. Clearly very smart and knowledgeable of the system and shipping to China, she was even publicly praised by her co-worker. I am very impressed by this young woman and how she represents a client’s first line experience with DHL.

Tracking said I wasnt able to take delivery of my item i ordered. Truck never came to door, which I was waiting ALL DAY on my only day off to sign for my package, and customer service is awful. Spent all day trying to get a hold of someone just to check that the address is correct, and if I can pick it up.Lots of one star reciews here with similar problems and hopefully I don’t get screwed over by working 12 hour shifts 6 days a week, so I cant sign for my package if they do decide to show up.*EDIT* It was delayed. 0/10 avoid using
