Terrible service.Heavily delayed documents and their explanation is that customs inspection requires that an envelope needs to be shipped to a small Ohio town.My drop location was Chicago, and the destination is one of the EU countries .

The staff were incredibly helpful in assisting me in getting my shipment, which was intended for Peru, mailed internationally. Ganesh in particular patiently answered all my questions and sent me all the paperwork I needed via email which was very helpful. Thanks to Ganesh my package was mailed in a timely manner and without any issues.

Amazingly bad! I sent a 10 ct emerald to India and they did not deliever the stone, they did not return the stone, they did not contact me, and now they will not pay the insurance claim that I took out with them! Do not trust them! I will be in touch with Sonia Monroy to try again to get resolution on this matter.
