Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I ordered via Uber eats and was still very impressed at quality. My only suggestions would be to put the fries in something more sustainable and increase portion sizes because everything was excellent.

I got Dickey’s once by mobile order and l loved it. I had a royally bad day today and after spending the day in tears, i decided to drive and treat myself before i grab my kid from daycare. I guess i went to the wrong place to order my food, there wasn’t a line in front of me and i was just looking at the menu. I went to the register because I’d never been in before and the guy politely asked if i was picking up, and i said “oh no, is this where i order?” And he replied “no bro go over there, we’re super backed up” and shook his head at me with all the attitude, waving me away? We all have bad days, busy days. I wasn’t unpleasant or even acting impatient, the only people there were seated and i was on my phone waiting patiently because i could see that they were preparing food still. I had a bad day, too, but you gotta keep it together at work, curly dude with a beard. Maybe put signs up that say “order here” for the dummies like me who look for a register? Like, people suck, i know, but maybe just don't assume every customer is of the devils loins? I risked going into a restaurant in my Jammie’s after pajama day for some brisket and got shoo’ed back to my place with not even so much as a “no worries man” or a “sorry we’re a little busy!”I left because i cry easy so i guess I’ll get McDonald’s or something lol

Take out was spot on. Quick. Yummy and plentiful. Kids meal too. Ordered online and they did perfectly. A very nice panhandler was outside, which may not be comfortable for everyone.This location right next to Crumble Cookie, so don’t miss out.

I got the brisket sandwich. Almost every piece of meat was dried out and hard, making it difficult to eat. However, the sauces were very good.
