I had a horrible experience at Dicks. First off it took a while to get help with shoes and once I got help, and wanted to try on shoes it took another 10-15 mins to even get the shoes to try on. Hunter was the employee helping us and we asked why we didn’t get help he replied “I already helped you” I then asked him what did you say 2-3 times and he made up lies about what he whispered under his breath, and then when he brought the pair over he didn’t say word and I asked for his name and he said “what’s your problem” in a cocky response and said “happy father’s day too” in another cocky response. Dicks should have better requirements when hiring employees because how I was treated was unacceptable and I will not be back at this location or any locations matter a fact.

Standard size Dick's store, but it is easy to find parking and they often have a lot of items in stock.

Fairly run of the mill Dick’s with all the essentials:
Baseball, softball, basketball, tennis, pickleball, lacrosse, clothing, shoes, bikes and more. Seemed well stocked.

I love going to Dick’s Sporting Goods! They’ve got a great selection of sporting products for everything we do. I fully outfitted my garage with weight, lifting and fitness equipment almost all from the store we’ve geared up our girls for softball with everything they need to play like champs.And we’ve gotten hiking and outdoor gear for all of our adventures. Not to mention the cool Stanley’s and Ola bottles they have here anytime I need sporting goods I head over to Dick’s.

Nice store with a large selection. The shoe department was very busy, but Hunter found the shoes we were looking for as quickly as he could.

Went in right before closing. Met with tanner. He was extremely helpful and patient showing me all the different options. Definitely will return for his great customer service

Incredibly rude and unhelpful when I wanted to return some shoes I recently purchased. I gave up and left to the San Tan location where they were much nicer and helped me exchange the shoes with a smile.

The store and the employees who work in this store are pathetic and disrespectful. I waited for 30 mins and no one cared, we went there to buy shoes and the guy was talking to a customer for 30 mins and they just don't care other customers. I haven't seen such a disgusting manager and employees, so disgraceful and when I asked they just told that if I want to leave the store I can leave with their arrogant attitude this store will never win customer satisfaction. Better you close the store at this location.

Under staffed. Ended up buying online from manufacturer- easier and CHEAPER. But I wouldn't have looked if there was more help on the sales floor.

Been waiting over 25 minutes for someone to greet me to try on a pair of shoes, 15 more minutes until shoes came out to try. There’s 3 people in the shoe area and 2 employees….

The manager Mike that works here is as incompetent and dumb as they come. This is why you're working a dead end job in a retail store, Mike. Because you can't even do that correctly. So incompetent he cannot even understand basic English and comprehend 11.5, not 10.5. You're a disgrace to humanity, Mike. Right where you belong- at a dead retail chain.
