Can't say enough about how great they are. Like family they treat you. Took care of al my insurance paperwork and a big chunk of my deductible! The manager prepared 2 of my fenders. Painted ahead of time. My work truck was ready the next day! GREAT FAMILY OWED BUSINESS! 10 STARS IF I COULD.

Horrible place!! Save yourself and consider an auto shop affiliated with your insurance company. It took them over a month & a half to get our car back to us. Even then it was still messed up. They ordered wrong parts, had multiple “family problems” , and got defensive when you ask questions regarding your car. We would get responses such as “you’re lucky with us ,other auto shops are behind” or some man yelling in Spanish in the background when the woman was “trying” to explain the issues,
After finally getting our car back a month and a half later , it was still messed up. My grandson was in the car when it acted up. Scary moment! You trust your auto shop to be confident, professional , courteous, and skilled in what they do.
We had brought the car in again to have them fix it, since this issue seems to be part of the original claim on the vehicle. Took another 5 DAYS for them to fix nothing. They said ”it was the brakes” and if I bought new brakes, as a courtesy, they would put them on. Umm no. I got two additional opinions. It’s not the damn brakes, it was a wheel barring that was supposed to be fixed by them SMH.! Spent $700 to get it fixed with a trusted shop rather than this business. Got what work this shop was supposed to do, DONE, in 3 hours, not 5 freaking days.
These guys call themselves “auto repair” and they don’t know the difference in brakes to a wheel barring? What else is not done right?? Is it safe for my daughter to drive my grandson?
I filed a claim with the BBB with this case. Seems fitting for maybe something more under the surface with this business.
Oh and we are still having issues with the vehicle in the area they supposedly fixed.

I use this place because I wanted to have my deductible waived these guys are the biggest scammers they told my insurance a bunch of stuff was broken that wasn't so they got paid to fix things they never touched then they didn't even fix the stuff that was broken because it was "on back order " the paint was terrible and when I pointed all of this out the owner who was drunk started to get confrontational and tell his wife started screaming at him to get back inside this is a joke of an operation if you care about your vehicle at all please do not use these guys I have pictures and documents if anybody would like to see

Approached me in a parking lot to promote their business when they saw my heavily damaged truck. They offered to waive my 500 deductible and returned my truck to me like new. Shops like this constantly remind me why choosing local business is better than going with corporate chain. Great customer service and my truck looks new, I’m so grateful to them.

Angelo was awesome! This is a family owned business and I do prefer to support local small businesses. Going to Discount Auto Body was a great choice! These guys give you honest rates and do honest work. You can't even tell that my vehicle was damaged! They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them! These guys have an employee named Butch that roves around offering to fix bumpers. He got me one day by showing me a car, and when he pulled the dent out he left this stuff he called "heat adhesive" on it and never came back. When I called him he laughed at me. I did a bg check and this man is in prison now for unrelated crimes and should never have been doing this. Kinda matches up with similar reports of shady business. I need to have my care taken care of at a reliable body show now.

I had my bumper ripped off in a hit and run so I took my car here for repair. Angelo was AMAZING! He helped me submit a claim to my insurance and even paid my deductible. I thought I had rental car coverage but I didn't. Angelo helped with that too! He gave me a loaner car from his shop so I could still get around while my car was being fixed. Angelo kept me up to date on the progress of my repair and was always available if I had any questions or concerns. I had a few things happen to me during the time that my car was being fixed and Angelo seemed genuinely concerned about my well-being. Angelo is very professional and sweet. They were able to match my paint exactly. When my car was done, Angelo drove to my place to switch out the cars. What customer service!!! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing services. I know I plan to be a repeat customer if my car ever needs any further services. I have never left a bad review on anybody but this place was by far the worst service of my life! This place was a complete nightmare where do I even start I went to this shop trying to be kind and support a small business! Big mistake! I told them I would be leaving for Cali next month for a trip so I would need my car they ensured me it would be done in no less than 10 days and pressured me into leaving my car with them! Even when I keeps saying I wanted to wait until I knew I’d have another vehicle. They didn’t care they insisted! Then gave me a loaner car that had grinding brakes everything was broken on it and had major electrical problems! They made me drive it around for 3 days acting like it wasn’t a big deal then I demanded that they at least repaired the breaks! They told me to drive all the way to their shop and I waited 30 minutes for them to finally call me back to tell me they had a family emergency. The next day they finally picked up their van and I went 4 days with no car and spent 100s on Lyft rides! After it took them 4 days to fix brakes they insured me that my car would be done in a week and said the insurance was taking forever. I contacted the insurance company and they told me they approved everything weeks ago! So I was flat out lied to over and over again! The shop never contacted me. They clearly have a lack of communication skills. They didn’t even have the decency to call me and give me an update on my vehicle. Almost 2 whole months later I had to leave for Cali and my car was still not done! So I had to purchase a rental car. Then when I tried to contact them they blocked my number. They still have my car I’m pretty sure what they’re doing is illegal and I will be taking legal action if They don’t figure this out! they have lost me so much time and money and do t seam to care one bit. Please run as fast as you can away from this place!!!! They are a complete joke!Services: Body & Trim

The owner, his son and workers were professional polite, friendly and knew what to do. They had reasonable prices and they were honest. I appreciate them so much! I would refer my friends to their shop!
