Jose was awesome and was really helpful and informative through the whole process. I came in to fix a tire with a slow leak from a screw and to address a bulge in a tire I was concerned about. It was a quick and seamless experience and was ready right on time. Thanks Jose!

Went in for a tire rotation and balance. 5/23/24
Observed them jack up my Tundra from the lower control arms! One jack slipped. Luckily no damage. Then I watched them back a GMC SUV out of the bay while STILL on a jack. Unfortunately the owner wasn’t in the store. Jose the employee didn’t seem to mind the safety issues when I raised them.
I’m now back at the 51st Ave & Baseline location for a REBALANCE as they took perfectly fine running tires and messed them up. They left me with a bad vibration in steering wheel.

Never have I got the service I received here. Isabel is AWESOME!!!! I would never trust my car to anyone else. She took care of my mercedes like it was hers. She was thorough and very detailed explaining everything to me. And they were busy and she still acted like I was the only person to help. I appreciate her so much.
Julian not bad either. He seems very informative. And a nice guy. It pays to have good looking guys fixing your car. Better to watch.

The guys are always honest and professional. I got a nail in my tire and they were honest that it couldn't be fixed. Instead of insisting to get new tires, they checked to see about used tires. I told them I would be back and they made sure my temporary would last a few extra days. Thank you

Love this branch, but this 2 stars is for their wheel alignment service specifically.
Theme: still have some growing pains, since this is a new service for them.
Had to call on phone to schedule alignment check appointment during work day morning on a Wednesday. Came in, was told that there was a mistake made by a "new staff" over the phone and the alignment rack was surrounded by piled-up inventory. Was told to come back that day at 12:45, and the rack would be cleared. At 12:45, I was told that I couldn't get a check because the alignment guys were out for lunch, and apparently the guy who rescheduled was a "new manager". Had to leave twice during a work day, just to get rekt by them twice, haha

I had a flat tire and was not aware of how the process went. Unfortunately, I had to drive my vehicle to Discount Tire and almost didn't make it. The wheel was still OK, and despite the mechanical issues Discount Tire had with the lift, Joseph, an attendant, personally mounted my four new tires. I was grateful after an awful day trying to get back on the road and head to work. The Manager, Carlos, was wonderful and helped turn a bad situation into an amazing comeback. By actively listening to my concerns, he demonstrated empathy and won my trust; he effectively resolved the issue at hand, explained the benefits of purchasing my tires at his shop, and encouraged me to keep coming back for my free rotations and service. Thank you. I am grateful for the positive outcome. I arrived at work safe and grateful.
