Rude service rep refused to swap a tire to the rear of the vehicle 🙄 don't recommend them at all. Go somewhere else. Zero star

Thank you Gabriel and team. Our car got a flat on the freeway on our way to a mandatory team check in. Gabriel was available to help us immediately. Even though they were super busy the team worked together and got us back on the road ASAP. Discount Tire was able to help get the head coach and 2 players to their destination safely.

I was made to wait past, 16 folks when I arrived before them. I suggest you you'll better customer service from Sprit airlines then here.

Slower then the DMV, and their not even in the city. I recommend you get serviced somewhere else.

This location was able to accommodate a last-minute, end-of-day install.
And although I had to come back first thing in the morning because a weight fell off and my car shook a bit at 40mph - they made it right by quickly re-balancing and putting me in the front of a crazy long line of customers to fix it.
Mistakes are ok - although maybe have technicians stop enjoying themselves a bit too much at the end of the day (it clearly impacted the work product) - and they made it right by doing the right thing the next morning.

We purchase tire warranty on our 2023 Lincoln and traded it in one month later. We were able to transfer the warranty to our new car with Juan's help.

I like discount tire but I have issues with this location. Every time I go I ask them to not flat lift my car, and they ignore me and do it anyway. I'll be going to a different location going forward.
