I had made an appointment and called to confirm it to have 4 new tires put on. The person who handled my called asked if I wanted to come now because they were not busy and could get me out in about 40min. I said absolutely hold my bay I will be the in about 15 min or sooner. I got there they were literally holding a bay for me and had me out in about 50 min..Pretty amazing as they were getting busier when I arrive! Excellent above and beyond service at a great price!

On Saturday the 17th Caden and Raul were great on getting two tires replaced on my Ford Flex and the young man who was training that morning was fantastic with customer service and was very enthusiastic when he greeted me which is rare these days. I have been coming to this location for over thirty years and I have MANY tires installed and they have always been honest. Thank you for always taking care of all our families tire needs!

I have been a loyal Discount Tire purchaser for over 20 years! I’ve never experienced this in my life till I came to this SPECIFIC Discount Tire….
HORRIBLE SALESMEN HERE!!
They try to upsell everything without any logical reasoning. They need employees who sell with purpose. I saw them harass an elderly lady about replacing all four of her tires, even though the salesman told her they were at 50% life.
When it was my turn, I had a nail in the wall of my tire, which I bought 20,000 miles ago(under warranty). The salesman evaluated all four of my tires, then brought me inside to show that they were at 90% life. Despite this, he insisted I should buy a new tire for the other side to match the replacement for the one with the nail. When I asked for an explanation, he couldn't provide one and looked like he knew it was an uneducated suggestion.
Then he tried to tell me my windshield wipers needed replacing and offered to replace them for $15 each, even though I had just bought new ones and they worked perfectly in recent rain. Stop trying to scam people. As a salesman myself, I can confidently say that these kinds of tactics are why people despise salespeople.
Avoid this location at all costs!

I visited this discount tire store to have my tires rotated and balanced. I have only done tire business with discount tire for all my tire needs. This was my first visit to this location and it was not what I expected or was pleased with. At the end of my first visit here, I asked the technician what did he set the tire pressures to. He looked right at me and said, "38psi".
I asked him to please set them at 44 since they are big truck tires. He drove it back to the shop door and hooked up the automatic inflation machine and it showed 62psi to 61psi in all four tires. I was not happy he lied to me. I mentioned this to a supervisor and I received a phone call with an apology from the store manager. I drove down the road and I also discovered my wheels were in worse balance than before. So I went back the next day and had them rebalance all four tires and I left. We'll, there was no difference, I still felt the tires were not in balance. On the third day I visited a discount tire store just up the road from the first one and they took it in immediately and when I left there I could immediately tell that my wheels were in balance. I drove up the interstate and all was great. I did call both stores back and let them know the end results and left it at that. I will not be going back to this first location ever again. My time and money is more valuable than the poor service I received here.

I have been a long time customer, as well as my family. I have typically been given great deals, due to this and how much my family spends at Discount Tire.
This is the first time I have been to this particular location. I don't feel I was given the best tire for my money. I was given a supposed "deal" and walked out of there paying way more, than I ever have.
I will definitely choose my usual location and forget about this one. I really feel had!!!

Never buy tires and discount tire shop they the will sell you a tires discount tire shop well give you 45,000 miles Warranty tires gonna drive 22,000 miles. The tires will be bad and they will not honor the Warranty. This is what happened to me I spent $1200 on tires on my Mercedess550 and refuse to honor the Warranty and they do not do right by customers. I complain to the Attorney General’s office. They sent me an application. I filled it out and I sent it back to them. I’m waiting for the response. I’m sure they will respond. Take action. and I will contact my attorney today to sue them. do not go to discount Tire shop you rather go to mom and Pop shop and they’ll take better care of you. If I could, I would put a zero star.
