Steven was a huge help to me today and really went above and beyond for us. Discount Tire takes great care of their customers. We're longtime customers & have purchased tires for our whole family there and always will. They really stand behind their tires. 9 times out of 10 we have no issues but if we do they take care of us no questions asked. AMAZING customer service!! thank you Steven and Troy!! The Bell Store is run so well.

My husband and I went here to get our air pressure checked and possibly needing some air in the tires. We spoke to Michael and he discovered the metal was showing on our tire! Michael and the team were very kind and courteous. They were able to help us out with a used tire as we have little kids and want us to be safe on the road. We are forever grateful and appreciate you guys so much ?? Merry Christmas

Fantastic overall service. I took my 27ft travel trailer in yesterday to get all new tires. Bought tires and booked the appointment online, which was very easy. Everyone was super helpful and professional, and they got me in and out very quickly. The quality of service and expertise of the guys working on my trailer were top notch. I will definitely come back for future tire needs. Thank you!

I want to recognize Michael at this location! He is an amazing employee! He is professional, efficient and has outstanding customer service!! He treats you like a human being, not just a set of keys in a envelope! I was there today and got exceptional service from him!! I would recommend this discount, because of him and the great atmosphere there! They all get along and work as a great team! I came here with my wife to get one wheel rebalanced, we had to wait an hour and half for it to get done. While a huge lifted truck was just sitting in the shop and the workers weren’t doing much with it. Its like making a customer who ordered a drink wait for it because the customer I’m front of them ordered $100 in food. Just give them the drink and let them go don’t hold them hostage.
