DNA is an excellent spot! Great selection of singles as well as lots of product. Had a chance to chat with the owner Adam and he was a genuinely good guy and very knowledgeable. Was celebrating my son's birthday and he made it special. Will definitely be coming back. If you're into sports and/or Pokémon cards, this is the place to go in Arizona!

Darren and Adam were great. Spent a bunch of time looking at what I brought in, swapped stories, were fair and honest. Mixed feelings about moving on from a decades-long collection, but a great place at which to do it.

What can I say about Adam and his wife who own and operate this shop. I lovely people. Always willing to help. I got into this hobby two months ago and only place in town that I trust. Incredible selection of all sports and Pokémon cards. And they always negotiate and get you get value. Two thumbs up.

Horrible customer service. Waited for 20 mins after being helped first and just left to wait, along with low ball prices when selling and definitely OVER priced!! Saw cards prices 2x what they were worth. Offered me 200 for a g worth of cards ?. also saw Trevor in the case was for 650 and comps for 350, Fields for 750 worth 200 ??and a lot of others laughed and walked out. He said yeah can’t really do anything because not enough comps on one and the other was comped for the last sold ? slum tactics. I wouldn’t sell to this shop if it was the last shop. Killing the hobby with business practices like that ?. Sad they had the same card at a psa 9 for 900. but couldn’t give me a number on a gem 10 same card ?

Wow just wow...... Female owner makes it a great place to take your kids so they can gouge the parents when the kids say mom dad please can I......... The gambling game the kids can play for 3$ if they win they can win a card of there choosing.....yeah imma say that's illegal but kids gambling with there parents money is fine as long as the win a prize right.....nah! Not kool don't take your cards here there like Zia records they will give 50cents on the dollar what your cards are worth.....only if there is enough recent sales on eBay.... You know if a card shop relies on eBay as there go to for giving you a price on your cards your in for the lowest ball offer possible! And if there's not enough eBay sales for your gem mint 10 card then the manger lady well go ahead and look to the 9.5 price and double that cuz 2 9.5 grades gives her a good price of what a 10 would pay so if ur 10 last sales was 299.99 and 199.99 that's too much so she will go see the 9.5 sales at 40$ and double that to 80 and then give you half of that for your gem mint 10 card so 40$ is a good solid offer she's willing to give you for your 200-300 graded Gem mint 10 card.....what a joke she knows nothing about cards in general when u have to whip out your phone and check last sales on eBay your for 1 unknowledgeable at your business and 2 a joke of an owner why not actually look at Price Charting not only does it show you last sales on eBay it actually gives you the PSA graded price of the card on average of what it sells for which was 150 so you would have offered 75$ which I'm not a drug addict so i would not even take that so you could turn around and shelf it for 199$ and your welcome lady boss for giving you a better way to run people over and give them a true low point price on there valuables I personally dont like the way you do business your husband was much more easy to work with even tho he didn't seem to be much more knowledgeable other than eBay you guys should get a sign for outside that says we give you half of what eBays last sales were unless theres not enough sales of that grade then we give you double the next lowest sales grade was.lol theres your slogan "Two 9.5 grades= what a 10 would normally be around"! Lol ? or even better"No one thinks Pokemon graded by Beckett is very reputable" ........I nearly laughed out loud in your face....... Literally she said that.....my jaw dropped where's Logan Paul to talk some sense into this lady!! Come on now!!! 100$ for my gem mint 10 would have been a perfect offer and better yet 70% of the actual price on price charting that gives you PSA graded prices and last sales on eBay would be the best way to run the business your able to still make money without giving off that..... creepy we just gotcha good vibe, for all your customers just a heads up,plus you would bring in tons more customers and keep them loyal but you stay with your kids gambling and gouging parents routine up I'm sure you'll get shut down eventually thanks for reading have a splendid day!

One of the cleanest Card shops in the valley! Very friendly and professional service from Tyler, Adam, and Hannah. I spend a lot of money here and there’s a reason why. You won’t be disappointed in your visit!

Definitely not what I was thinking when I entered. Visually it’s a nice shop. Business wise definitely doesn’t have the best practices. Over charge on cards they have for sale by 2X to 3X more than worth, offered WAY under on comps for than any other card shop I’ve been too! Offered %40 percent. Horrible. Customer services definitely wasn’t that great, I’d hate to say it but I think me being a little darker didn’t help. They sure helped everyone else quick and fast. when I did get help it was for a couple of seconds and then the manager or whoever he is left to help other people. Well the other employee was walking around and could have helped those people but the manger or whatever he was definitely didn’t have the enthusiasm of wanting to help me out, well I waited around for awhile. They didn’t leave the other guy to wait around when they were dealing with him and his sale. So why did I get left to wait and then LOW BALLED? Hmm overall I wouldn’t take my kid back to this place. Definitely other great shops. To each their own ??

DNA is my husband and my favorite card shop in all the Valley! We have been going there since they opened and we are continuously surprised by the quality and selection of their collectibles. We are into Pokémon cards and they have THE BEST selection of Japanese and older, rarer Pokémon cards in the Valley. If you are into collectibles or want to get into collectibles, this is the place to go! I highly recommend this shop!
