This place treated me awful! As soon as I walked in I was told I needed to place my "backpack" up front. My Coach purse is shaped like a small backpack. I explained that it's my purse but I removed my wallet and phone and attempted to comply anyway. I understand the intention because that area of town is quickly becoming dangerous with desperate individuals struggling to meet their needs. However, she pointed to a spot near the door where she wanted me to leave my "backpack". I asked her to please place my backpack in the area back behind the register where it would be inaccessible to passers by. She pointed again to the spot by the store exit and stated that's where we keep the backpacks. I asked her again to reconsider and place my bag somewhere safer. She just pointed to that same spot by the door. I put my phone and wallet back into my bag and left. Since that day, I have had 2 people tell me that their stored items have been stolen from that store.

Horrible customer service, if I could leave 0 stars I would. Staff doesn’t even know how their own coupons work and can’t help you at all. If you’re looking for a friendly place to help get your shopping or couponing done this is not the place.

As soon as you pull into the parking lot, you will regret it. Such squalor and so disgusting and filled with homeless people that live here, huge encampment and leave garbage across the whole entire lot. Garbage laying in front of the whole entire door entrance, every parking spot, absolutely everywhere. Piles and piles of trash. Overflowing bins, not that their used anyway.Avoid if possible.

The worst customer service, the person that was in charge at that moment gave us the worst service ever,rolling eyes attitude and making rude comments unacceptable by the way she was a young female , don't go to that store guys you will regret also I didn't like they why she talks to us the worst store!! Very disappointed and as a customer disrespected don’t understand how this females have jobs with that type of attitude no customer service at all not sure how cooperate has not found about this this type of people should not be working in customer service
