One of their worst stores. Theyre a LITTLE more organized tban they used to be but everytime i go there (which is rare anymore because of the horrible service) they have stuff in the sale section thats not actually on sale and their excuse is always "oh someone must have put that there" yeah you guys did cause its a whole box of these over there. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Never been treated like this in my life. Store clerk asked me to leave my purse in my car. Then asked me to leave the store.

Horrible customer service.
We went and the manager was rude and cussing under her breath about myself and complaining about my kids making a mess when my kids had done nothing to her. I asked to file a complaint and was told nothing would get done.
Do not go to this store. Didn't get her name! But I do not recommend.

Super bad service... 1 only person attending... a lot of line... current customer have a loooot of stuff to pay, and another customer asked the manager if they can open another cashier and she just said: its the only one open. We are 6 customers waiting to pay... not coming back.

This store is horrible !!! The manger is rude and very disrespectful and uses bad language to her customers , I will never go back there and I will make sure that none of my other friends and family go there, they should be ashamed of themselves

Just got off work and me and my wife went to grab some drink mixes I use for out in the sun all day working. Well first off there no shopping carts and you have to ask for a bucket behind counter. So me and wife are shopping and we are in no hurry we are looking at adds on the app and seeing what is on sale ND what coupons we won't to use. Tell all suddon there is 5 phoenix pd cops coming up the iel telling me andy wife that the manger called them telling them we are shop lifting. So me and my wife get mad open our bags and show them we are not shop lifting And also pull out a stack of cash was like 360$ I had on me. Also me and my wife are all tattooed up and everything but it crazy how we got judge cause of the way we look and got banned from this store for nothing because the rude manger.

Came in and came out satisfied, the workers were so nice and they took time out of the register just to guide you to the item you want. Excellent services!

What is the point of adding online to these stores that have no want in fulfill online orders. Everytime I make an order they come up with an excuse to cancel and to top it off take three to five days to refund your money. I love dollar general specials but wow your customers service needs a lot of work

Rude af. Got an attitude when I asked for help finding the phone station. Then tried to charge me $10 for a $1 aux cord that was literally fine than the cheap headphones you get on the ✈️
