Bad customer service, employees what attitudes and arrogance, it was our first time visiting this location at 75th avenue and it sure will be my last time . I experienced the bad customer service from black, light skin women ,with short hair. She was speaking to her friend who visited the store we were waiting for her patiently, and when it was her time to go home , she was rushing as when we were trying to count our money to pay for it and giving us attitude because she wasted our time and her time and now she want us to rush.

Waited in line for FOREVER. Self check out lanes do not accept cash. Only one employee was busting her @ss off running all around trying to help everyone. The lines were very long. I purchased two bags of ice. Bags of ice cost $2.00. Need to have more employees working on a busy Saturday evening. The lady working had a good attitude and was doing everything she could to remain calm and helpful. Ice was great!!!!!

I love this store, love the employees. But what I don't like is that the manager wasn't allowed to grieve after the loss of a family member, she had to come right in to work the day after. Not cool and y'all should care about your employees more.

I have had the pleasure today meeting Lidia the store manager at this location just to tell her that I have been to every Dollar tree in Arizona and that this store is amazing. I know that district managers look down on all the amazing things that store managers do and they don't give credit where credit is due.. I ran family dollars for years and I know.. so to Lidia amazing work!!!! I will be back to shop here... Your district manager should look at other stores around the valley and come back and say thank you for the hard work...

Needs more cashiers on shift they only be having one person working and the lines be really long they get no help from the managers either it’s the workers on their own and people complain and expect more but theirs only one person doing cashier….

Out of allll the Dollar Tree stores throughout AZ that I have gone to, This location is the Worst. The employees here do Not care to help out customers At All, even when we're doing Their job, being our own cashiers and as always a problem arises and then we're just stuck, standing there Forever, waiting for 1 of them to acknowledge us and slothily come over and fix the issue so that we can Finally leave that store!! Will Not be returning there.

This location is constantly busy, every time on check out there’s ALWAYS more than 5 people waiting in the front and 10 in the back. Employees look at the long lines and don’t help they just proceed to have people wait. Today was probably the worst day and the line was a whole isle as employees were checking out other employees at the register not even customers. The location’s staff is pretty bad here and will most likely stop coming here.

Employees were outside smoking and talking while people were destroying the place. Couldn't find much without it being messed in some way. All Employees there didn't have any customer service.

I just left this Dollar Tree on 75th Ave. I had a basket full of items and went to checkout. There were two employees doing nothing but visiting and had no registers open but the self-checkout. With a basket full, I will not self-checkout while they watch me work!! If I still had my business (I've retired), I would invest in Secret Shoppers before lazy employees.

Probably not in the best of Areas but the staff is always friendly & having a good time. It’s hard to keep a place like this organized but I think they do a good job of it.

Plano grams leave a lot to be desired. Too much product thrown on the bottom shelves. Clearance isn't really accessible.

This location is big, think of it as the “Dollar Tree Superstore.”This location has two self checkouts and option to pay with phone (Apple/Google pay)Inventory: 10/10 - the times I’ve been here, the store has been well stocked, the person who handles this deserves an award. There is a large variety of items to choose from, without it being overwhelming.Customer Service: 10/10 I had a great experience during check out. The cashier went above and beyond with patience and kindness. She assisted me with my bag, made sure all glass products were wrapped, didn’t put cleaning chemicals with food/candy items and again, her kindness it made my day.Staff: 10/10 - this store is adequately staffed. The line moved quickly when one began (under 2 minute wait)Cleanliness of store: 10/10 - clean floors, shelves dusted and wiped, checkout counters also looked clean. I come across trash left on the shelves by careless, disrespectful and lazy pigs that consumed food and/or beverage in the store and couldn’t manage to toss it on the trash on the way out, but haven’t come across that here. .
