  2 full aisles blocked off due to people re-organizing. I went to the store to buy some things I need, and I can’t even get what I want. Don’t you need people to purchase items to give you a paycheck and keep the lights on? I don’t know who puts certain people in charge as they are incompetent and lack the skills needed to actually run a business. The place is dirty and run down. On 5/4/25 there was one cashier and there were 4 people that I recall re-doing the shelves, and product was all over the place even on floors. I’ve never seen that many employees in a dollar tree before. Almost seems family came to help redo the shelves and restock. Whoever owns this place needs to do better cause you clearly can’t run a business.

  Better than most Dollar Tree locations. I swear it's only 2 employees at everyone i go to, but hey....it's $1.25 Tree. 🤷🏾‍♂️💯

  Kid at the register needs to be doing something else. Does not feel welcoming, looks like he doesn’t want to be there, doesn’t tell you the total, worst of all doesn’t even thank you for making a purchase. Basic register customer service is non existent. Receipt says Santos on it….

  I love this store. I went there yesterday 12-28 and it is a completely different store. They have new management and staff and the environment is much more comfortable and it has a more friendly atmosphere.

  NEVER going to this dollar tree ever again. I came in with my mother and aunt, which one of the workers quickly said over the speaker, "turn the cameras on, three's a crowd" Hello??? We barely stepped foot in there?? I scoffed and said "Do they think we're gonna steal?" Out loud and the workers just ignored us. We walked right out. Unsure if it was because we are Hispanic or what, but it was incredibly rude. Trying to keep this review friendly but it's really hard. Do not come here.

  5 stars to Champagne aka Pagne at the Dollar Tree in Laveen by Home Depot. Above and beyond exceptional customer service. As I was shopping, I could hear her greet EVERYONE who walked through the front door. She also wished them a blessed on the way out. She is very personable at the register. A1 service. ?❤ Don't see that too often these days.

  Manager on staff today was very bias as he had a method to segregate African American presenting consumers to go through a specific line, which appeared as if he didn't want contact with those African American consumers. Fyi, if you can't holistic support all consumers quit your job!
