I got my blowout Done by Sonia! I used to be a member at dry bar back in the day so when I last minute decided to get my blowout done before my trip, I added on a scalp massage and she did so good. I got goosebumps!
Normally, I have felt in the past that People are afraid to add a little bit of pressure to the head, but she went right for it and it was one of the best head massages I’ve had!!
I will absolutely be coming back and asking for Sonia!

ALICIA. I cant speak better of a hairstylist. She did amazing on my hair today. I have 2 rows of 22s and she gave me the most beautiful blowout. I will be seeing her again. She exceed my expectations by miles. Thanks girlie!

Idk if the girl was new or what… she barely washed the back of my hair… then when it came to blowing out .. took hour and a half which was fine but I left and the roots were still curly and wet. Had to go home and fix it.

Their late policy is less of a policy and more of a suggestion. Don’t expect good service over the phone or even to reach a person (corporate & local). I used to come to make my week easier. I always had to wait whether at the front or in the styling chair. I left once with damp hair. The stylist turnover is insane I’ve never had the same person twice even after requesting and scheduling to be with the same person. The one time I needed an appointment for an event I was sorely disappointed. Don’t come to this Drybar and don’t get a membership.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a year now and all of a sudden they want to start charging an additional $30 dollars because my hair takes longer then 45 minutes . This should have been implemented when the salon first opened because obviously, everyone has different textured hair. It feels like they’re targeting Hispanic women, and African-Americans. I’d love an explanation to this!

I recently went to the Phoenix location at 32nd & Camelback. As always - amazing experience! I had a nice dinner planned but didn’t want to look too done up. After talking about it with Alison (sp?), she did a job even better than I imagined in my head! :) I also added the Crown Tonic hair treatment which was very relaxing. Everyone was super friendly and it was an overall fabulous visit! I highly recommend them and Alison!

Elisabella is my girl. I cannot get enough of her blowouts. She is truly a master at her craft. This location in general is so good. The manager is so friendly and the whole staff makes the experience enjoyable. Getting a blowout is one of my favorite things to do and I just love coming to this drybar.

Drybar has changed my life. No, seriously—I’m a regular for a reason. I pop in and get my hair done while working on my laptop so I’m actually making money while I get my hair done, and that basically means it’s free (*girl math*). Evelyn is far more efficient than I could ever be on my own hair. My hair is thick and wavy and can be very difficult to manage. She handles it with ease. I leave with a bouncy blowout that lasts all week. The team at this location is super friendly and fun to chat with. Most importantly, they do great work. I love how I get consistently beautiful hair every time I visit. I highly recommend that you try them out and consider making part it part of your regular routine. Just don’t try to steal my time slot. Or else.

I love the staff, I go there almost once a week. I have never had a bad blowout. The stylists and staff are always amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!
