I have been sitting in this drive thru since 7:15 and cars ahead of me that have not moved. By the time I get to the intercom it will be 7:30 and by the time I get my donut it will be at least 7:40am seriously the slowest drive through I have ever been through. Do not go here if you have to take your kids to school in the morning because they will be late! I won’t be back.

I came in to get 6 lg black coffees and never got waited on at the counter. I wasn’t even acknowledged. Wow this was ugly service. I will never go to this DD again. They are always out ofLB grounded regular coffee. I went to McDonald’s for very fast service.Please fix the issues at this store. Thank you

We were there yesterday, March 25, 2024 and it’s been quite some time since we were at this location as our previous experience was very bad and the place was very dirty. The people were very rude that worked there and the manager didn’t know what they were doing.NOW With the new manager, Emadina The place has a 110% Turnaround.The place is clean. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is awesome. Hopefully the new manager manager and the staff stays there for a long time. I’m sure a business will improve once the work gets out.Parking: This is right next to Walmart on the corner so there’s plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Our mom uses a walker, so I’m sure it’s wheelchair accessible also.

This store has come a long way and my sis and I asked why and was told it has a new manager that come over to meet us her name is Emadina and she has improved the store 100% my family and I would come here and stopped because it was so bad today. We decided to stop in and found out it looks good because it has a new manager. She is doing an amazing job. He associates how much better better now keep up the great work. Emadina

Hello went in this morning was served by Sophia who was extremely rude walking in to the store! And when taking the order! Takes them at least 20+ minutes to do one drink! And no customers!

The location is great for many commuters and *should* be a well-oiled machine with as many customers as they usually get however, the past several months it has been a complete mess. Definitely plan on adding a considerable amount of time to your visit because it literally takes no less than 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru on the past few visits, even if you order through the app. I've tried walk-in pick-up and still at least 20 minutes without being acknowledged and my order not made, basically forgotten. The staff is usually nice and clearly overwhelmed but after today I'm just going to stop coming to this location...just generally reconsider my away from home coffee habit.ETA: it seems to be just this location and the ridiculously poor management. The app at other locations (because I tried it) has no issues with stuff being out or currently unavailable. For several days, maybe even weeks straight, Tatum and Greenway apparently only stocks Whole milk. They just don't seem to order anything else. And you can't select "Less ice" if you want to,etc So odd and it's almost like the manager want this location to be shut down. ?

This location is a such a waste. They are always out of stuff that is on the app but you don’t know that until you’ve waited 15+ minutes in line and then you’re forced to pick something else. Never going back again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for coffee and donuts.

Waited almost 5 mins before even was spoke to, then another 5 minutes just to tell me to wait somewhere else. I get my order and they forget 2 things, at this point I was just annoyed and never going back to this location.

drive through took over 5 minutes last time and this time about 8 minutes for just a coffee. Not to mention , the employees are confused as if they have not been trained and have an attitude!!

Make sure you have adequate time if you’re coming to this location. Still currently waiting in line in the drive through and it’s been 28 minutes, there were only 5 cars ahead of me, I’m pretty flabbergastedUpdate: it took 40 minutes to get through the drive through but the girl at the window was apologetic and seemed overwhelmed so I do feel bad for their staff
