Hello & blessings! I have been in the process of finding a mid-size suv, as I need just a little bit more room for the family. I opened my search to certain makes and models. Well, I contacted the dealership from their ad for a 2017 Kia Sorento. Michael has been outstanding in this entire process, so far.
This is just a rating in the process at this moment, which has been over 3 days (10 Jul -12 Jul '25).
I plan to purchase the suv on Monday (14 Jul '25). Stay tuned for an update!
21 July 25 EDIT, I decided to pursue another suv more in my price range and heat friendly. It's the small things that matter. No head rest or floor mats. I'm buying from a dealership, not a private seller. I expect to see all head rest, even if that means the dealership takes the bite to ensure the aesthetics are there for the customers' satisfaction.
Dropped to 4 stars for that reason.

One star is too many. This place sheepishly asked for a deposit on a vehicle they knew I was undecided on. When I decided this wasn't the vehicle for me. They refused to return my $500 deposit. When I called the police they already knew the routine about small claims court and the way the entire scenario would unfold. This gave me the impression that they do this frequently. As a business owner myself I gave them every opportunity to do the right thing, They were dismissive and just encouraged the lawsuit. They don't care about their reputation of customer service beware of doing business with Dunlap Auto

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!
These guys will sell you a piece of crap vehicle and smile while doing it.
If you plan on buying a vehicle from these guys, take the vehicle to another mechanic to get it checked out because they don't check the vehicles they sell. And get everything in writing.
I bought a vehicle 9-11-2024 and it's been in the shop ever since..i haven't even drove the vehicle i purchased because it was to messed up. That's my fault for trusting a small time dealer. I thought going thru someone small I would get a good deal.
I would highly recommend going somewhere else to purchase a vehicle..Horrible customer service. Once they get your cash, they don't give a dam about what else is going on

I purchased a manual Mazda 3 Hatchback first week of August '24. The vehicle had 119k miles but clean interior with minor damage (sun damage on dash, one button cover missing on overhead). They provided the full Carfax report. I paid cash for this vehicle and they were reasonable with the price negotiation.
Within a week the car did throw a code for ABS module, a known issue with this make. It was a $1200 repair. I replaced the clutch, tie rod ends and spark plugs myself. It didn't look like much maintenance had been completed on this car before it was ready for sale. I will have to also replace two tires very soon.
Overall, the dealership itself made the purchase easy and convenient. They also waited till the end of business hours for me due to my work schedule. The car was in fair mechanical condition but you have to know what you are getting into. If you buy a car with over 100k miles it will require some mechanical work. 3 stars for vehicle condition, 4 stars for convenience of buying.

DO NOT BUY FROM DUNLAP AUTO I purchases a 2009 Mercedes GL450 from Ari. It included a 3 month or 3400 mile warranty. On exactly 3 months later I call Ari at Dunlap Auto Sales to request service for my vehicle and he told me that his mechanic was out sick and he wasn’t sure when the mechanic would be back. These guys are really nice until they don’t need you anymore. They have no intention of honoring the warranty and give you no solutions for your vehicle. Just excuse

These are nice people to deal with and they know their Mercedes. Yes, you’re buying a used car so your expectations should not be that the car is a perfect car. Dunlap Auto Sales had a very nice and well kept E Class for a reasonable price. If you’re looking for something unique or for a specific model, especially something that new car dealers will no longer sell, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Dunlap Auto Sales to see if they can help me find what I’m looking for.

Professional, friendly, family owned dealership with a good selection of pre-owned vehicles at reasonable prices. They have a mechanic on-site, and all of their cars are very clean and come with a free Carfax report.

Just bought a vehicle from them last night. They are extremely easy to work with, they worked around the down payment we could afford.
