The phone service does not answer and it tells you to wait on the line and hangs up on you every time cant reach a body and it says live time not busy

The service is extremely rude. There were two men working in the store who first ignored me and then were verbally abusive. The Dunn Edwards store by Chandler Mall provides much better service. The Sherwin-Williams store close by also provides excellent paint and much better service.

When I went to go found the perfect color for my house. Their lovely color advisor Dayana came to help me and she opened my eyes to new ideas. If I ever need to go back. I will definitely ask for her

Maybe if I had a penis I would have had better service. Highly recommend bringing a man with you if you want to be treated with respect as a person.

It was great got my phone sale done mixed my two gallons of paint in under 5 minutes brought them out to me and I was on my way love it when a plan comes together great people there

Great paint but the service sucks. The sales lady wants to argue more than help Spent $500 in the last week but she needs job with dmv She would fit right in

I have been a Dunn Edwards fan for over 15 years, initially becoming aware of their products and services as a residential painter and being new to the area. Having moved on, and away, and back to metro Phoenix again, when it was time to paint my own house, the choice was clear to return to Dunn Edwards. My first visit to the Warner Rd. location immediately re-confirmed my loyalty. I was somewhat out of touch with product choices and the like, and that's when Dade Harper stepped into the picture. He was extremely knowledgeable and eager to assist and answer questions, of which I typically have many! Dade too had questions, so he could fully understand the scope of my plans, and offer product choices accordingly. I left with all questions answered and all the information I needed to plan my projects (interior and exterior). In subsequent weeks, as I needed various prep products, I visited other Dunn Edwards locations which were much closer to home, but when it came time for the large purchase of paint, I purposely returned to the Warner Rd. location due to Dade's previous assistance and professionalism. We all know as consumers that service ALWAYS makes the most difference, and when we experience it, we remember and purchase accordingly. It is rewarding to be able to write a glowing review, instead of the opposite, which is all too common these days. Many thanks to Dunn Edwards, not only for their products, but more importantly, their personnel choices. I will certainly return and also guide friends and family accordingly.

very friendly support staff and fair prices. I was disappointed that they told me the color advisor will be there in 30 min and we waited for closer to an hour. clean store with lots of color options.

The Sherwin-Williams person matched the paint perfectly and had the sheen we were looking that DE didn't. The person my wife worked with at SW was incredible and most of all, we got what we couldn't at Dunn Edwards. Thanks for being short with us and making us want to go elsewhere

They just lost a customer. The staff here is really making it hard to even pick up samples ordered by a contractor for us. They repeatedly refused to help us.First, they refused to look up the account by phone number and insisted on knowing the exact company name.Then, to pick up our paint, they insisted on knowing the exact color name. (We just remember it had the word 'sand' in it.) This by itself is reasonable since we don't want to pick up the wrong thing. But, they show zero interest in helping. They won't tell us which colors the contractor has placed to help us narrow down.All in all, I think they don't want our business.
