Roy, your ego isn't your amigo. At ALL!Came in today to look at, test drive and buy the Escalade. I looked at it outside..looked decent underneath. Walked in and the first gentleman to say hi was extremely nice. He stated some one will be right with you. He asked the attendant ladies upfront to summon sales. That's when it went DOWNHILL fast. I called my wife to advise I came up up there and if everything goes well, I'll buy it for her.Roy comes out while I was talking to her and says hello can I help you.. I told her I'd buzz her back. He had turned around and went into his office - good stuff as the client (me) wasn't ready. I walk in and he's aggressive with his tone out the gate. He says how can I help you. I reply depends on what you tell me. He got a messed up look on his face and says, well I don't why you're here. I said hey man, I'm here to look at the Escalade. He says well I don't know why. I said listen man, Im just evaluating your customer service, I didn't mean too.. and he bust out with "I don't have to listen to xxxx." I said what? I'm just trying to say that if everything goes well, I'd like too...he cuts me off and says sorry you got your feelings hurt. Let me tell me, he was an a complete xxxxxxx! and I replied..well, you're dumbazz and I walked out.Roy, your ego isn't your amigo. I had $14k CASH to buy it outright but because you let your pride and ego get in the way of communication even when I was attempting to say hey man, that's not what I was saying. I said to him while looking this ego manic in his eyes, I'm just trying to tell him that I was evaluating your customer service so we can get on the same page and trying be friendly and I apologize..and he went left.I went online and advised the attendant and of course they were professionals. Gave me the Three A's - Roy has NO clue what that acronym means so I'll spell it out to hero sandwich. And hero is a ZERO.A - acknowledge there might be an issue, A - apologize and lastly Act on it. Instead he had his chest out like he was tough selling cars.Well, that cost you $14k off the rip because you judged me before you gave me a chance to say what I was attempting to say above. The attendant online asked me if I wanted the manager to call me etc. I said no..NO WAY..I'm not coming back up there to even look at him. If I did and he says something to me like he did on sight in front of my wife - immediately issue like he's never seen. I'll humble that ego. I never once stepped out of line nor raised my voice. I'm more than that.I took my money elsewhere. Roy - you treated me like you are daily. An complete and utter ...hole and I'll never EVER make a drive down to that dealership again knowing you work there. Too bad the first guy in the grey shirt who said hi couldn't help me/Joel. He was upbeat, smiling and in a great mood. I put money on the fact that he would not have judged a book by its cover not responded as such. Thus selling a truck today, making his $$ and making a client happy. Be accountable for your actions - I bet when asked you will lie about it to save face with your bosses. I sat in the parking lot, called my wife and put my cash away in my lockbox and drive away HAPPY because I don't conduct business with your type of ppl - disrespectful. The manager or owner would have sold that tuck with ease..1 hour..done.That's unfortunate for you and gravy for me as I sit here now at Peoria Nissan. Lol

Roy - You ego isn't your amigo and it cost you a cool $14k cash because you let mouth run before your brain caught up. Your arrogance, smart allic comments and replies ended a definite sale before it even started because you as you said "I don't have to listen to $**t." I was simply asking YOU to listen because you took it wrong, let start again. But instead your last comment of "Sorry your feelings got hurt" ended that sale first thing at noon. I bet the manager/Joel would NOT have treated me like that and would have been HAPPY to sell a vehicle with NO FINANCING - cash and not have taken anything I said wrong - especially since I was smiling, not yelling nor raising my voice after your stupid comments. I bet the owner wouldn't be happy either. This is why these type dealerships have the rep they do - because ppl like you are working there. McDonald's has better customer service than I experienced with you.

I'm in the process of finalizing a purchase (2013 Chev Silverado 1500 Z71 4WD) with Roy (Sales) and Joel (GM) at Dynamite. We paid cash via our own financing and that part of the process was easy and went smoothly. Dynamite had recently acquired this vehicle and it had a number of issues, but Roy was very honest and identified all the work that needed to be completed. Roy has been excellent at getting all the repairs completed expeditiously in just over a week. He even went above and beyond and had step bars installed that I had purchased which really meant allot. This vehicle has more miles than any other I've ever purchased but my confidence and trust in Roy led me to make the purchase. The vehicle also has some exterior paint scratches and a pretty large/deep scratch which Roy is using his connections to help get this truck looking great (I'm waiting for a quote from his source that I will pay for separately assuming the cost is reasonable). Roy is very experienced, professional, communicative, and is very much on top of his game :) Thus far this has been one of the very best experiences we have ever had. Their entire staff is also very friendly and open which is very refreshing. I will update my review after we pick up our truck tomorrow, and I meet with his guy for the paint/body work for the final exterior touches. I'm very picky about all the vehicles I purchase, I believe Roy understood this and he has been exceptional to ensure all my needs are met.Thank you Roy and Joel!Jon MacErnie, Executive MBA

Very toxic people. Worse experience than I even thought possible. They knowingly sold me a car ready to break down for $400/month. After explaining I put $400 into the belt and temp gauge in one month I couldn't afford the payment and they just took it without even warning after 28 days. 400$ repo fee. These people are complete crooks with no regard for people or their families.

So, I just got a car here not too long ago, and it's been quite the experience. Since I've gotten the car, I've visited this place about 3-4 times. Not because of anything bad, but just because I'm still uneasy with the process, it's a wait and see type of thing with me... In my first review, I mentioned how great the men who helped me were, and that's still the same experience. So, nothing really changed with that. I'd visited the lot twice to get work done if the car. Well, technically, the second time, I went to get the car checked, and the third time I had work done. I had already had Pep Boys and Autozone check the car, and they said the car was good, but you can never be too sure with the cars at places like this. You know, with places like this, they get cars in whatever condition. They may fix it up, or they may not. So, you just never know. I initially had them check the car because I noticed the car was hiccuping. The mechanic said it was the CVT or something like that and that the transmission/car was fine. So, I left. Then my stepdad did some research and told me to have them change the spark plugs, because ppl with the same car noticed that issue too. So, I went back and had them change the spark plugs and the brakes. They did those things, and the car has been running great. No more hiccups! I'm just super excessive with making sure I get everything checked out and fixed because there's only a 15 day warranty for the car, which is very worrisome lol but Pep Boys, Autozone, and the mechanic and Dynamite said the car is in good condition... I'm just extra cautious... So, I make my 1st payment in a few days. So, I'll keep y'all updated.
