Every person I interacted with was friendly and Michael, who looked at my machine, was very patient in walking me through all of my options and taking time to weight the benefits and drawbacks of each. I felt like I could make an informed decision on how to move forward.

This is product support at its finest. The team at this location is professional and courteous. They diagnosed my problem for my GF hair dryer and fixed for a great price. Will be a Dyson fan for life this what other companies should aspire to with great products but with great support after the purchase.

Called about a broken lid I was fiddling to put back on. They let me know they would take a look for free if I had trouble attaching it back on and that if I needed a new lid it was only $25. I managed to fix it after a few more minutes of playing with it. But the guy on the phone was very sweet ❤️ cute too

I was sooo happy to find this place! I wasn’t using my Dyson blow dryer and thought I had to buy a new one!
They are not only fixing it for less than buying a new one….I also bought an air purifier on sale!
I am very pleased with their service and attention 🤗

An employee said our vacuum was broken. The Dyson Service Center examined it found only a displaced component which is easily resolved. They did a full checkup and returned it at no cost. Very good service.

Michael,Michael,Michael was patient with me, I had plenty of questions and all were answered to my understanding. He allowed me to test out my machine (2 hair dryers) so that I would be comfortable enough to in the cleaning of them. I really appreciated the time and information & now I know how to care for my machines better. Also there was no pressure to purchase or to have the service done… loved my experience at Dyson repair shop. Thank u
