Had an appointment, the truck went right into the bay, work commenced immediately. As previously discussed the time required for the service was right on time. Additionally a standard multi point inspection discovered a deficiency that needed to be addressed , a quote and appointment to address the worn item. Due to their record keeping practices, it could be easily determined that yes the corrective measures needed to be taken. However, I was happy that I had Eagle perform the repair prior. For it was 5 years and 50K miles since the previous service. I take this as a professional passion for pride in their work.

Charlie and crew do a great job on my 16 yr old Toyota and 14 yr old Lexus. He's transparent, honest and backs his work 100%. He's got 18yrs experience working at Toyota, plus the time he's owned Eagle Auto!! Very reliable mechanic.

They didn’t provide a quote in writing for a transmission check engine light on a 08 Chevy Trailblazer which opened the door for the following situation.They charged me $1300 for a water pump leak (the water pump was a year old- the receipt states they replaced it), a leaky thermostat housing, and 2 hoses. My notes stated there would a timing cover leak fixed as well but again, nothing was in writing. The transmission rebuild charge was $2200 on my actual receipt but was quoted $2325 if I didn’t have all the other services done. On top of all of that, I was asked to pay an additional $27 which I refused to do as the prices quoted were supposed to be out the door but I had to haggle with the mechanic on this too. They kept the vehicle from 6/21-7/3. When I called to ask about the timing cover leak I was told this was not part of the quote and I stated I would not have paid $1300 for the water pump, thermostat, and hose replacement. I was offered to bring the vehicle back and as they could remove the items but I would have to pay for the labor and the original parts were already long gone - so was this really an option?Why 1 star? Vehicles and money come and go but to find honest and businesses with integrity are hard to find. After reading positive reviews, this interaction was disappointing to say the least.Services: Transmission
