Overall it was a good experience. Much confusion mainly on my part as to co-signing/co-buying and credit/financing but ultimately the outcome was satisfactory. G and Aaron were not only patient but also especially helpful.

Ernesto made the entire experience feel easy and respectful from start to finish. We came in with very clear boundaries. No back and forth. No extended warranties. No add ons. No haggling. No financing through the dealership. We had a draft check from Navy Federal and a number we weren’t willing to move from. The dealerships' bottom number was too far away from our check amount, so we left to shop around. Every other dealership came in thousands higher than Ken Garff.
Through all of that, Ernesto never pressured us or blew up our phones. He let us take our time, do our research, and come back on our own when we were ready to move. A month later, we came back with a bigger check, they honored our terms, locked in the deal, and I drove away in my dream car.
Ernesto respected us, communicated clearly, and delivered exactly what he promised. Five stars all the way.

Brought in our daughters Kia in for service, Hector in service is incredibly good, warm friendly greeting, polite, respectful, honest and has integrity. This is the type of service that makes you feel comfortable and valued.
While waiting we spoke to the receptionist named Mary, what a wonderful person, she was so nice, she is very professional She was always checking on the supplies of their soda, machines, their coffee, machines, popcorn, answering the telephone helping greet customers as they entered the sales floor. Another person that exemplifies the great Ken Garff experience.
I would definitely recommend Ken garff Kia on Bell Road in Phoenix, Arizona to everyone. Phenomenal experience start to finish!

Five stars for Ken Garff Kia Bell Road. I walked in with zero intention of buying a car and just wanted to browse, but Marcus completely changed the experience in the best way. From the moment I arrived, he was genuinely friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. He really listened to what I liked and guided me through options without any pressure at all.
What stood out most was how Marcus included me in every step of the process. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure I understood each decision before moving forward. It never felt like a quick cash grab. It felt like real human connection and someone who genuinely cared about helping me find the right car.
Because of his effort, honesty, and the way he handled everything, I ended up driving off the lot in my brand new dream car something I never expected that day. The whole experience was smooth, stress free, and honestly amazing.
If you go to this dealership, definitely ask for Marcus. He made the entire experience unforgettable.

Awful experience. Would not recommend this dealership (or any for that matter). My wife and I live an hour and a half away and have 3 kiddos so we needed this family vehicle. I did my due diligence of calling the night before to schedule an appointment to view the vehicle we were prepared to purchase. They even called me on our drive there on the morning of the appointment to confirm we were going to be there on time. No joke, as we arrived (on time for our appointment) and were sitting down with Marcel, he informed us they sold the vehicle to someone else who called right before our appt and put $1000 down. Insane! We asked for the manager which he refused to go get him until we persisted and STILL the manager would not come meet with us. Blows my mind that they sold this from under us when they knew we were on our way! Guess they’ll do anything to meet their quota and competition to sell the most cars by the end of the month. Totally screwed my family over. If you like getting screwed feel free to deal with Ken Garff on Bell Road.

Originally I was very happy and appreciative that I was able to get into a Kia lease in the price point I needed which was my biggest factor for going into a Kia. My sales person literally was on his phone watching a game the entire time I was there. He asked what was something I really wanted in my SUV, my response, to just have the trunk automatically open with the button push….. guess what my suv does not have, that feature which I didn’t realize until I was basically ready to leave. He ended up losing my car key to the car I was trading in for more than 30minutes blaming it on me until I remembered he took it to Service with him which is where he ended up finding it. It has been almost 2 months and I am still waiting for them to payoff my old car so I can stop receiving bills. I have tried calling Kia and explain I meed to talk to someone in finance and don’t get through, hung up on, transferred with empty mailbox, now waiting for a “call back.” Honestly been extremely unhappy with customer service and the entire process. I look forward to when I can go back to Wright Toyota and work with Tiffany again. *Noting I originally had a different post as my sales person had me write a review while he was in the car the end of September and felt it was necessary to now change review and write an honest one.*

Had the most terrible experience here. Would not recommend to anyone. We set up an appt to come look at a car because we live an hour and a half away and have 3 small kids. When we walked into the building they informed us that they sold it JUST before we walked in. Did not give us an opportunity to counter offer or anything. Feels incredibly unprofessional. They mentioned they had to meet a quota by the end of the year and it seems they’d disregard professionalism and common courtesy in order to do so. Will never come back.

We had a great car buying experience today.
Our sales advisor Johnson was very personable, knowledgeable and patient.
Everyone, from the sales manager to finance was very friendly and very unlike a usual car dealership.
Overall we would rate our experience a Ten-star rating.
We recommend Ken Garff Kia to everyone.

To whom it may concern at Ken Garff Kia Bell Road,
I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the ongoing, unacceptable experience I have had since purchasing two vehicles from your dealership. What should have been a smooth and trustworthy customer dealership relationship has turned into a nightmare filled with repeated service delays, lack of accountability, and extremely concerning behavior from your staff.
Since purchasing my vehicles, I have had to bring them into your service department multiple times, with each visit lasting anywhere from three weeks to over a month and a half. Every time, I am told the same thing: “Nothing is wrong with the car.” This is especially frustrating considering that I have repeatedly provided your team with clear physical videos and pictures showing the issues occurring. These excessive wait times, combined with dismissive responses despite visual evidence, make it painfully clear that my time, money, and concerns are not being respected. It also raises serious questions about whether the manufacturer is being taken advantage of through unnecessary, prolonged service holds.
However, the most alarming issue and the reason I can no longer remain silent is the misuse of my personal vehicle by your service department employees. While my car was in your possession, I received alerts from KIA ACCESS notifying me that my doors were left open at 9:30 PM, nowhere near business hours. After looking into this, it became clear that staff members were using my vehicle without permission, including taking it to personal residences and treating it like an Uber or taxi.
This behavior is not just unprofessional it is a direct violation of trust, privacy, and customer rights.
When I reported this to the service manager, Jason Whiteght, instead of taking real ownership, he attempted to downplay the situation with a weak excuse: “I’m sorry, it was a miscommunication.”
Let me be clear: there is no possible “miscommunication” that justifies employees joyriding in a customer’s vehicle or taking it home after hours. If I were to take one of your employees’ personal cars to my house without permission, I can guarantee it would not be brushed off so casually.
Additionally, the pressure tactics used by the sales management team to secure 5-star surveys are extremely unprofessional. I have never seen managers so desperate for positive ratings that they resort to bribing customers with gas fill-ups, Kia merchandise, or even food as long as you provide proof of the 5-star review. This is not customer service it is manipulation and it reflects poorly on the dealership’s ethics.
In conclusion, my experience with Ken Garff Kia Bell Road has been unacceptable on every level. I regret not doing more research beforehand, and I strongly encourage future customers to learn from my experience to avoid the stress, wasted time, and financial loss I have had to endure.
I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and to receive a prompt response outlining how the dealership plans to address these issues, prevent further misconduct, and restore even a fraction of the trust that has been broken.
