Took in my 2000 LX470 here when my local shop and I couldn't find the leak contributing to a P0171 lean code plus some minor issues I wanted corrected as well. The techs were able to show me where they found the leak and we were able to go over everything to make sure it was getting done to my satisfaction. In the end I was very happy with the service, quality of work, and working with everyone there.

Overdue review. I've been a long time customer of Earnhardt Lexus and mainly due to my favorite salesperson Leo. In fact I followed him from when he used to work at Lexus of Scottsdale on McDowell Road years ago. We've probably bought/leased at least 10 x Lexus' between my parents and sister by now and referred many friends to them. If you need a honest, friendly, and trustworthy salesman for a new Lexus please do yourself a favor and go see Leo at Earnhardt Lexus. He has taken cared of us for almost two decades and we have never had anything but award winning service. Also ordered some repair parts recently from their parts department. I ordered the wrong bumper (my error) for my mom's car and Chris from parts didn't hesitate to order me a the correct part and exchanged it out without hassle the next day. Definitely top notch service.

I want to thank Jan Person who helped me get into a car this weekend. Unfortunately, I was not able to drive away in Lexus but he made sure to help me get into a car that fit my needs. He was extremely helpful especially being a different make. He still made me feel comfortable and excited to get into a new car. I think I asked a bunch of questions and he acknowledged each and every question. I strongly recommend going into Earnhardt Lexus and asking for Jan Person, trust me you will not regret it. Also, please don't feel any discomfort if you don't drive away in a Lexus there are different option's. What will be for you will be for you! My next car will be a Lexus and trust me I will ask for Jan Person because he is the go-to guy!

We had the best experience at Earnhardt. We went to look for the new hybrid SUV and Holly Holland was absolutely incredible. Being a female, I dread going to a dealership where salesmen hound you. Holly was professional and educational. She took her time with us and made the buying experience so pleasurable. I recommend this place to our parents and friends. Great work!

I called down there to find out about a car today for a Lexus LC 500 and I talked to this unprofessional idiot in used cars that likes to interrupt you while you're talking I asked for the general manager and he refuse to give me the general manager name or transfer me. I called back to try to make a complaint they don't answer the phone now. Warning warning WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING Very unprofessional down there do not buy a car there just put down sales loss they could have sold a $85,000 car to me but you think I want to shop here hell no. Terrible customer service ......you don't interrupt customers when they're trying to talk on the phone. Terrible customer service down there do not buy cars here at Camelback Earnhardt Lexus.

This place is located on the North side of Camelback between 7th St and 8th St. We went there to check out a used Lexus. We got Angel who said he was a senior salesperson who worked there for more than 20 years. With 20 years of experience, you need to be able to read the room. Within 5 minutes I knew this was not going to work out. He was very condescending from the outset. We asked about some of the ventilation ducts and his response was "they are in all cars, the only reason why you notice it today is because you are looking at a new car." We have an older Lexus of the same model and it actually did not have this duct. We asked about the AC conditioning and his response was "its a 110 degrees outside why do you think its not cold?" We actually have test drove many cars including one with a dying battery and the AC worked just fine in 110-118 degree weather. Needless to say the discussion of price of the car went worse. No deal here but we did get a better deal on newer car at another dealership.

I wish this could go to Lexus at the same time it is yelped about Earnhardt.. We purchased a brand new 2022 NDX 350 Hybrid model with ALL New Technology in December 2021 from Earnhardt. We were so excited that we could find one since it was during covid. We were so proud in the beginning to be driving a Lexus. Looking back, we should have brought the car back since Lexus didn't train anyone on this new model, and in turn they were unable to assist us. We wish we hadn't purchased it! Starting from the inexperienced sales people, to the inexperienced 'trainer" who was to teach us all about the new and "exciting" tech of the new Lexus and to the service....all awful!. After numerous times visiting the dealership and dealing with their inexperienced trainers to teach us how to use the screen and GPS, after a year and one quarter, we sold the car 14,000 miles. The frustration of driving that car, the squealing each time you turned on or off the car is no longer an issue with our new Macan. The Lexus was our worst purchase of a vehicle, and our best decision to dump it after 16 months of total frustration and aggravation. The nerve of them to say the squealing happens in all Hybrids. I had a Prius for a couple of years and never needed an explanation, never had a problem with navigation taking us out of the way....This car must be the worst car that lexus ever created. We count our blessings everyday that we had the guts to dump it. It was well worth the loss to enjoy driving in peace again.

Great service department and team! These folks go out of their way to insure satisfied customers. We are longtime customers of both the sales and service teams. Recently had our GX in for a dead battery along with a few other minor issues. They took care of all quickly and professionally! Had them do a complete detail as well. Excellent job...looks and feels like new again! Thanks Earnhardt Lexus!!

I had just walked out of a dealership due to the high pressure sales tactics that was being brought on to me and was about to give up on shopping for a car due to the stress but for some reason decided to try one more place. I am so glad I did! I cannot even explain the vast difference in treatment I was given here. Anthony was the most professional, non-pressure salesman I had dealt with. He was up front with prices and even pointed out flaws I had not noticed with the car. Anthony, thank you for being such an honest and respectful person! I would also like to say the financing person we dealt with was just as respectful and was not pushy as well. The experience as a whole was great. I feel like Anthony and his colleagues really value integrity rather than just trying to make a quick sale. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place.
