I've been a patient for over 12 years. I loved dr tapan, he was always carrying, funny, great bedside manor and just all around amazing. Now I never get calls back when texting or leaving a message. They have lost my $3600 prescriptions twice, I had to drive a hour to find them as nobody calls back, to find out they have a bottle away. The latest I saw a different dr paid for all the xrays and tests, I can view the results on line, but as I'm not a dr don't know what they mean. I have called and texted 2 times to have nobody return any calls. I'm in severe pain and will be going to the er to pay again out of pocket for the same tests I just paid over $400 for. So glad I didn't get the mri or ct scan they sent a order in for but didn't specify what ot was, still waiting for them to call summoned also.

Watch out for this office. I am truly afraid somebody is going to get hurt here. The doctor is fine, but I can't even believe that he wouldn't be aware of what a mess his office staff is. He outsources his back office to India. His front desk girl is also horrible, unprofessional and rude. There is no direct way to contact the doctor other than making an appointment, so that he can even be made aware of the issues I had been dealing with. I have a string of texts messages over a 6 week period of time trying to correct pharmacy and medication issues. I was told over and over that a MA would call me. 6 weeks later I have never once had a call back from the MA. I had to actually show up at the office 3 different times because nobody was calling me back. I have truly never seen anything like this in my life. Stay far far away.

I have been a patient at this location for the last eight years. The level of care has been going downhill steadily. It is time I find a new doctor.I am sick and tired of waiting hours to see my doctor when I am the only patient in the building.I'm done.

Terrible place especially Dr. Slovak. Do not come here. I used to have a different doctor but she left so then I was passed to him. Will not be coming back. He was yelling at me and refused to help me. Then was nasty to the front desk women.

Dr. Khan and the staff are always friendly and professional. I have ZERO complaints about this office and their staff. People complaining about refills need to realize doctors want to see patients to provide refills so the provider KNOWS where you are, if the current meds are working, and if not, what alternatives to try.

Dr. Khan was very helpful. She was quick to offer natural alternatives to pharmaceuticals and was very knowledgeable about both options. She was kind and thorough. I haven't had any trouble reaching people to help schedule my appointments. The staff at the clinic were all very nice. So far, I've only had good experiences.

Pleasant and quick experiences in person, but it is sometimes difficult to schedule on the phone as the calls will randomly hang up sometimes when ringing

looking at all all reviews not more than 2 star did not surprise me at all. these guys just count on getting ACCCES patients since they do not have any other choice. remember, you get what you pay or in this case not pay for. one of worst services ever experienced. you will never speak with staff over the phone, rather give your personal information to Philippine agent. proceed at your your risk.

It's been 2 weeks, we found a new Dr., who had no clue why new Meds were prescribed, my husband is back on his regular meds, blood pressure is great and life is normal. Message me if you need a great doctors office!!

I should have read the reviews before I schedule an appointment here as a new patient. I don't like anything about this place. They're quick to charge you but slow to get back to you on test results etc. To schedule an appointment you need to talk to an off-site answering service first if you can even get through. If that isn't enough to make me not want to go back the care is pretty bad. Never saw a doctor. I got to see the nurse practitioner for a few minutes but mostly a medical assistant handle everything. if you have insurance or even if you don't please do yourself a favor and research other places.

As you can see from previous reviews this company is horrible. The staff is so unprofessional especially the NP Jenny Haag her attitude towards patients is incredible how she speaks to patients! I walked out do to her lack of professionalism! I called corporate to file a grievance and waiting to here back from Siri.

So I had my appointment today that was rescheduled twice by EVFM. I get there and I’m told he’s 30-45 min behind and I was 30 min early as requested. When I made an appointment I was asked what it was for even confirmed at check in. After waiting over an hour the MA comes in and says they don’t do what I am requesting and if I still wanted to wait. An hour and a half goes by and I leave. This place is horrible!!!! Save your time!

I have gone here for several years & Dr Snider does a decent job as my PC, but he has been out on leave. Not sure what has happened to this office (40th St, Phx) but their customer service is now horrible. You can no longer get in contact with anyone in the office by phone. Call their number & you get an automated message with only 3 options (scheduling, billing & medical records) & no option to get to an operator or staff member. The message loops over & over and no one ever answers. Message says to avoid a wait (I was on hold 40 minutes) text them, which I did on 12/2 with a simple request to correct a billing code for lab work. Dr's assistant Ruth called & said she would fix it and let me know. Eight days later (12/10) & no reply or action so I checked with the lab and they had received nothing from Dr's office. I try calling again aand was on perma-hold so pushed option for scheduling and begged them to transfer me to Ruth. Got her voice mail & left a message. She has never called back. This is unacceptable. Guess they don't care if they impact someone's financial status. The same problem happened before and it was fixed the same day so it isn't something that is difficult to do.

Sometimes I read reviews and I think, "it can't be that bad, just a bunch of whiners." But it is that bad. You will always wait an hour (as I am doing right now, even though the waiting room was empty and my appointment was 1130am) and you have to make an entire appointment to refill any simple prescription. The reviews aren't exaggerating. This is the worst doctor's office I've ever imagined in my life.
