Pick up time Wednesday feb/14. 8am.It was close, till 8:30 ??♀️. No apologies.Ugley arraignment make the person who send it to me look bad ;(.I eat 4 and I star to pay attention to the ? look. The strawberries have mold. Everything end in trash.

Terrible customer service, waited for 5 minutes with no one in the store, started knocking on the counter asking for help then this Karen lady came out with an attitude saying to have patience? I would have gladly waited patiently if someone told me but there was nobody in the store, probably in the back stuffing her face.

Trying to send a birthday gift to my BFF; couldn't get delivery on Sunday, her actual bday, so opted for Saturday. I started checking status of my order at 1PM; website stated "we are arranging". At 3 PM still got the same message;So I decided to call and got the most uncaring person I have ever encountered; didn't know where the delivery guy was, wasn't sure if or when he would return to the store to get my order to deliver ;Absolutely inappropriate attitude. Don't use this company if you want anything delivered.

Their smoothies are absolute garbage. The kid working there didn't know what he was doing. I asked him questions and all he replied with was "I don't know." Acted like he didn't want to be there. Don't go here for smoothies or good service.

I would post no stars if I could. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I was to arrive home late afternoon as I was flying in from out of State and my family knew I was to arrive late afternoon and paid for a late afternoon delivery on the 11th of March. On March 11th I received a text message from a delivery person who was delivering a bouquet for my Birthday, this was around Noon. The card the delivery person left had a handwritten delivery time of 12:10 (not late afternoon as instructed).I responded via text that I was out of State. They texted they would leave a card on my door for redelivery and I then assumed as it is a perishable item and they are company that provides gift deliveries that they would provide what I think of as good customer service and deliver the next dayI get home, no card on the door. I walk the yard and area and I find it in my neighbor's yard. I call the next day (March 12) to find out that the phone number left on their card was for a store at 3122 E Indian School which is the wrong store and city (after I had already been on hold). Quality customer service (in my opinion) would then call the correct store and have them contact me but no, they give me another number to call. This was my first indication of a company in my opinion that does not provide the quality service I would expect.I call the new number and again I am on hold. When the employee answers they tell me "sorry no delivery on Sundays" but if I want to receive my gift I can pick it up myself. I am thinking to myself, did my family pay a delivery fee and now the employee on the phone is telling me to be my own delivery person?So I ask when they could possibly deliver my gift. She said on Monday (March 13) in which I stated the bouquet would then be 3 days old. She said they would make a fresh one. That sounded good to me and I asked if I could have a delivery time to be home to receive my gift. I was told a set time of delivery was not possible, the only way they could guarantee a set time was to get to their store (in my case another town) and pick up my own Birthday surprise gift.I was shocked at this and I thought Wow, this is a business that delivers their own bouquets and gifts and I would assume provides at least the minimal basics in customer service and satisfaction. What was paid for: A gift was to be delivered on March 11th, late afternoon delivery. I have not received it so I don't know what was ordered.What happened: Edible Arrangements delivered March 11th, 12:10. Driver was there earlier as they filled out card after attempted delivery Noonish which some still consider late morning (hardly late afternoon).The sender knew I would not be home at 12:10 and had instructed late afternoon delivery. This is an error by the business as a delivery at 12:10 is not a late afternoon delivery time.My personal experience with Edible Arrangements comes down to this: To receive my own gift (by now no longer a surprise) I am told I can retrieve it myself (in this case I would have to drive to another city) as they cannot guarantee a delivery time. Maybe they can provide an Uber to and from my home and then pay me a delivery fee so I can receive their product, which is now a day older. Interesting concept but hardly customer friendly.Lastly I thought I would check out their mission statement to see if they state excellent service and customer satisfaction. No, the mission statement I found online said nothing about quality or satisfaction.This is what I found online: to WOW you with our gift baskets and fresh fruit bouquets!Well, I have to say I agree with the WOW, but not for their gifts as I have yet to receive mine. I told my family to cancel the gift and demand a refund as I have lost my appetite.Update: March 13th 3 pm I have received the bouquet in as in condition, like their Mission statement all I can say is WOW.Update: March 14th 6:06 am WOW, Fruit in bouquet has brown spots, soggy and mushy, strawberries and pineapple are in a questionable edible status. The Tempe location was closed so I was able to pick up my Tempe order here. They were able to make everything right by giving me an extra box of chocolate-covered strawberries (which were excellent) and a box of apology cookies. Cookies heal a lot.
