Horrible- My daughter placed an order for me for over $175. It was supposed to be delivered on 05/12. I never received it. I did get a phone call with someone lying telling me the address was wrong. I looked at the receipt and it was not wrong. I told them it would be fine to deliver it the next day. They said ok first thing in the morning. I still have not received it. I called and spoke with Juan the manager. He told me they were just too busy because of Mother's Day. Too busy for a phone call? I asked to have the owner call and he basically said I probably wouldn't get a phone call but he messaged the owner to give me a refund I asked for since I never received what was paid for. Terrible customer service!!!

Wish I could rate lower than 1 star. I paid a lot of money to this place for a nice edible arrangement and custom card to be delivered to my mom on Mother’s Day. To this day, she has not gotten her gift but they have the nerve and audacity to send survey emails asking how they did on the order we never got. Me and my mom have been put on a callback list multiple times for them to call back hours later and immediately hang up. My mother should be enjoying her gift but instead we both have been trying to get a refund for the last 24+ hours. They also call back at extremely inappropriate times. They tried calling me back at 6 AM and when I tried calling back they said that it is outside of business hours and to try again. No company should be calling and disturbing people before the sun is even up and expecting them to pick up and call back before your store even opens. If you are going to call at inappropriate times, at least make sure someone can answer the phone if someone calls back. At this point I have no other choice but to call my bank and see if they can do something about the charge because at this point this company is committing theft and fraud and that’s illegal and I will not let them just take my money without a proper fight.

BUYER BEWARE! This store is very discourteous. We ordered something to be delivered on Mothers day, order was placed on May 7 and delivery supposed to be the 11th but never delivered, every time you call you can never get someone to answer you call it will reroute you to an automated that you have to wait a very long time just to input a call back number, then you have to wait 24hrs for a call back. After I was promised that the order will be delivered today after Mother’s day and still yet to be delivered. Very discourteous DO NOT WASTE your time and money. Just cancelled the order and still waiting for a message about a refund, not sure if I ever get my money back.

They really dropped the ball on my order. I ordered ahead online and the order is still sitting there (several days later) with no cancellation, no refund, no communication, and the store doesn’t even answer their phone with multiple attempts from me reaching out. What a waste of a good product. Maybe put a sign on the website that says, “We won’t serve, but we’ll take your money!”

Placed an order and paid $17 for “guaranteed delivery” on Mother’s Day and the arrangement never arrived. Today my mom received an email asking how her arrangement was, the one that was NEVER DELIVERED. I get it Mother’s Day is busy but if you can’t deliver when you promised notify the customer or cancel the order. I’ve called twice and been on hold for over an hour with no answer and I’ve emailed with no response. I can’t even be guaranteed a cancelled order and refund because it’s an online form which I already completed!

THIS PLACE SUCKS!! I am reading these reviews which I should have done before I ordered. Everyone saying that they never got there order is completely correct because same thing happened to me. I ordered 10 days in advance for mothers day. They never even created my order. They don't call people back. They never answer there phone. This place should be shut down!! And I'm in another town so I can't even go to the damn store. Do not go here!! Plz

This store is TERRIBLE!! My order was for delivery YESTERDAY! It was not delivered despite me calling the store late yesterday and the woman assuring me that my order would be delivered.. well it wasn’t!! Now here I am still trying to get a hold of someone there about MY ORDER that still HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED!! No one answers at the phone number and I have been waiting for a CALL BACK for OVER 2hrs NOW!! I think the store is purposely not replying so that people will just cancel their orders and they will be off the hook for their mess ups! IM NOT CANCELLING.. I want someone to contact me and get my order from yesterday DELIVERED!!! I will not order ever again from Edible Arrangements after this delivery!

You’re a wizard Juan! I walked in a half hour before they closed and Juan was able to get me the perfect arrangement for my friend even though they usually work with pre orders. I got the arrangement called “The Expression of Happiness” and I can’t express enough how happy I am with it. 10/10

Yazmin was great and got the delivery out for a surprise baby shower for my daughter on less than a day's notice! It was huge and beautiful and she made a special delivery time as to not ruin the surprise! Customer Service was 10/10! Will send treats again with them often!

DO NOT COUNT ON THIS LOCATION FOR ANY SPECIAL OCCASION OR ANYTHING else! Ordered well
in advance for Valentine’s Day to do something different other than flowers. Company NEVER DELIVERED ANYTHING. YOU CANNOT CALL THE STORE BECAUSE IT ROUTES YOU TO SOME GENERAL CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER THAT NEVER ANSWERS. THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND WRECKED A NICE SURPRISE ON A SPECIAL DAY! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
I spoke with their “manager”, this morning after having to call them several times. She said “oh well based on the busy day we had, we could not deliver all the orders”.
if you cannot deliver then CANCEL the order and inform the customer so we know we need to plan something else! AND my friend submitted an order on Friday and got theirs delivered, the same day. Meanwhile I ordered on Monday , 4 days earlier and mine wasn’t delivered which means they gave no preference to when an order was placed. They should have prioritized earlier orders first. But that didn’t even matter.
This manager had zero business being a manager and was completely inept. do not order from
this location!

“Extremely disappointed with this service. I placed an order for an edible arrangement over a week ago, specifically for Valentine’s Day delivery. Not only did they fail to deliver it on time, but when I called the next day, they apologized and promised it would be delivered that day. Yet again, they failed to deliver, and now they are closed with no update. To make matters worse, I even paid extra for Valentine’s Day delivery! This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If they couldn’t handle the volume of orders, they should have been honest instead of taking my money and failing to provide the service. I do not recommend this business, and I will not be ordering from them again.”
