Two weeks ago I ordered a Valentine's gift for my wife. It didn't arrive today. Their website is broken and won't tell me my order status. It also reassigned automatically to this location in Phoenix even though there is one less than a mile away from me in Glendale. I was on hold with this location and their corporate 1800 line for 30 minutes each and nobody will pick up the phone. None of their other locations in the valley will answer their phones either. And their automated phone order status system doesn't work either.So unless I go into a store or their website starts working. I'm out $100 bucks?!This is my last resort for hopefully contacting someone who works here.

Same as most people on here. TERRIBLE customer service! No one ever answers the phone and if you are lucky enough to get to someone they lie through their teeth. Expensive low quality product with lower quality staff. You could not pick a worse place to buy a gift from then edible arrangements! Hopefully these bad reviews save people from the same frustration and they take their valuable business elsewhere. This company going bankrupt would be a great day for a lot of people.

I contacted the store from NJ to place an order for next delivery to an area of AZ that was quite a distance from the Phoenix location. Tana was more than accommodating! She contacted the driver to make sure he would be able to make the delivery. This all took place as they were in the process of closing for the night! Tana was patient and took the time to ensure all the details regarding the delivery were correct! Great customer service!

I ordered an item for 1 hour delivery,I tried calling early in the morning to cancel order since I noticed it still wasn't in production many hours later and my coworker decided to go home, she was then out for the rest of the week. I sent a cancel request Tuesday .. it's been over 48 hours and no response. I followed with an order inquiry .. no response, I've tried calling the number for the store and have wasted more than an hour combined on hold waiting .. no response, I tried asking for them to call back and an no response, no refund . Nothing! The driver called to say she would have the store call me but again, nothing!! A waste of time and money

I placed an order for same day delivery via the EA website for this location to fulfil. They called me four hours after the order was placed claiming they couldn't deliver my order because they had "too many orders." I cannot understand why their website allows them to accept orders when they do not have the capacity to manage them. I would NOT recommend using this location to fulfil your EA order. Very unprofessional.

I placed an order a week prior to pick up date- my pick up was scheduled for Friday at 9AM. I tried calling the store to confirm it was ready with no response, I arrived at 10AM and have been waiting approximately 30 mins for them to finish making the board. Now my delivery is late to a customer and the person who was at the register was very rude. IUnderstand it’s a busy time but this was quite unacceptable and disappointing.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. When i walked in the cashier did not greet me at all and just rolled her eyes at me when i said hi.. I came in because they sent me a free treat coupon and i wanted to use it before it expired but she claimed it didn't work even tho she saw it on my account. I will never spend money here again after you guys lie and send me free coupons i cant even use, stop lying to your paying customers.

I get a call 3 days before the scheduled delivery to confirm date, address, and name of my order. Didn’t go out for delivery, online portal is no help, no customer support when you call in to see what happened. I should’ve read into past reviews as this is a reoccurring issue and common experience for customers. But worry not I was still charged for the order. Awesome!

My first (and last) time ordering an Edible Arrangement. I placed an order LAST WEEK (2/9) to be delivered to my Fiancé on Valentine's Day (2/14). I called the store the morning of 2/14 to get an estimated time window and they told my I was confirmed on the route and should arrive between 3-5pm. Of course I understand this is only an estimated time window, however, my order DID NOT SHOW UP AT ALL! Not only that, but I also did not receive any phone call or email letting me know that the order would not be fulfilled. I could not get a hold of anyone at the store or on the website chat. Extremely unprofessional. I understand that V-Day is probably their busiest day all year, but that is why I made sure to get my order in last week. I was really counting on this to surprise my Fiancé on V-Day.

My husband is away on military orders and we didn't get to spend Valentine's Day together. He ordered from edible arrangements and scheduled it to be delivered at my work. Here we are 2 days after Valentine's Day and still no delivery and no communication from the shop. Tried calling multiple times and finally got in touch with someone today. They guaranteed we'd have it delivered today but now we have a notification stating they can't deliver it.. would not recommend to anyone.Update: shop tried to tell my husband they attempted delivery earlier today. No call, no voicemail. I receive a call an hour later stating they're here and delivering. There was no explanation given as to why it was so late. If we want any kind of refund we have to call corporate which we will be doing. So disappointing.
