It's pretty clean and organized. You can get different cuts of meats than Fry's. Love having both Fry's and El Super in close proximity

Admittedly I'm not your biggest customer but I probably would have| bought something from the bakery had this experience gone differently.
I walked up to an employee near the entrance. "Do you share the restroom code or do you need to open the door yourself?" I despise having to inconvenience them.
He apparently couldn't understand so he deferred to his colleague nearby. So I repeated the question.
She said "There's a code on the door. You need to talk to a cashier." No duh.
I'm not jumping through the twelve hoops to get into the restroom. I refuse to be treated like an idiot. You lost me as a customer permanently at all locations.

Yes, I completely agree, the fruits and veggies are at a great price. However, the staff needs to either get some customer service training,and learn how to atleast smile. We never shop there and we decided to go and check it out. Spent a little over $100.00, but I can tell you that this business does not deserve my money, first and last time. But enter at your own risk.

The manager is very unpleasant, her name is Rebeca and the way she speaks to the employees is definitely not correct. I think you have to teach him the word respect because as a client it makes you uncomfortable.
