About 2 years ago, Doug and this team came out to install our new metal roof. At first, everything seemed fine, it's AZ so it didn't rain for quite some time for us to notice, but i want to say a couple months in we noticed spots (which turned into several more as time went on) that leaked bad. We called Doug and he did come out on a few separate occasions to "caulk" the roof, all of which was never successful. And these attempts were scattered throughout the first year until warranty was deemed done, which I believe now was on purpose. After the year was up and because he was frustrated, as we were, he tried to blame us. He will say WE did not listen to him. We were puzzled as to what he meant. He claimed he tried to tell us and our welder that the roof needed flashing, in which we supposedly ignored. But my question to him was, if you agreed to the architect and his plans, and you gave the welder the green light to proceed, why would we think you were warning us? We are not roofers, which is why we hired YOU to do the job and do it right. Instead of standing behind his work, he said it was our fault. Ok, why would you proceed with your name attached to the work if it was not going to work? Instead of fixing the issue, he said we only had one option, and that was to tear it all down and start over. Ummmmmm not happening, this was very expensive and i am not paying to have this done twice. After almost 2 years of just dealing with the leaks and trying more caulking, which was making it worse, we found another company that was able to look at the situation and know instantly what was wrong, and that it could be fixed. It was a $1000.00 fix, and it was done right. After all the recent rain we have had, we have NO LEAKS... If we would have caved and listened to Doug, we would have been out over $20,000.
I would be very wary of this company, if they do the work, they won't stand by it if something goes wrong. I am so grateful that i can put this behind me.

After firing 3 other incompetent "Metal Roofing" contractors, and over a 2 year timeframe, I finally found an AFFORDABLE - COMPETENT - HONEST - ACTUAL "METAL ROOFING" CONTRACTOR. I have been so impressed that they would do exactly what they said they would, but also exactly how I directed them to do it. This is a GREAT company! Thank you Elevated Roofing!

I am a local GC that has worked with a ton of contractors and Joshua and his crew were by far one of the best roofers I have worked with. They were on time, picked up daily and completed the job on time as promised. Fantastic contractor. Highly recommend

I used these guys to replace 2 metal awnings for me and they did a great job! What stood out most to me was how responsive they were. I didn't know much about awnings but they answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the project

Elevated metal was recommended by the manufacture of my roofing. Elevated metal cured several leaks in my roof . They replaced approximately half of my roof . It was metal and installed sometime in early nineties. They did an excellent job and left the job very clean. I can see why the manufacture recommended them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone , they know their job!!!
