Brendyn at Elevation on Central really makes this community feel like home. He’s approachable, friendly, and always makes time to check in with residents. Having him as property manager is a huge perk—he genuinely cares about making this a great place to live.

The atmosphere of this apartment is wonderful! I had such an amazing experience with brendyn (the manager) everything went super smoothly, and he was very professional with me. I had an amazing leasing experience here.

I recently received a tour from Brendyn, and it was an incredible experience. I was very impressed by how friendly everyone in the community was. There’s a nice little sushi spot just down the street that’s got my eye already, but truly the service was incredible. I just wanted to say thank you to Brendyn for showing me around the place, I really appreciate your kindness and hospitality.

By far the worst community I’ve lived in over the years!! Management does not take concerns seriously and will ignore residents at their discretion.
There are multiple (amenity) areas of the building that are not maintained well at all. GO TO ANY OTHER COMMUNITY. It will probably be much nicer for the same price.

I just personally want to give the maintenance tech Marquis a personal thank you. He goes above and beyond to figure things out. He’s always on time when ever I submit a work order. A guy like him is always great to have on the team I hope he’s continues to grow with the company. Thank you a lot for all you do !

After reading all of the reviews my wife and myself decided NOT to lease with Elevations due to the numerous negative comments. We are both professional designers and look for a pristine environment without theft, garbage issues, security issues, hidden fees etc and 10 year old stained carpet. It sounds like the management needs a major wake up call!

Dj was amazing ! He showed me different apartments. I really liked the studio, but I ended up going with another apartment complex. I will definitely keep this in my list for next time. The apartment complex looks safe and clean and Dj answered all my questions and made me feel welcome.

Here is a shout-out for Mohammed, our Maintenance Manager at Elevation Apartments in Flagstaff, Arizona. We were having excess dust in our apartment. Mohammed troubleshot the problem and corrected it. And he explained thoroughly his correction actions. WELL DONE! From Linda and John Matz.

I’ve been relocating so many times and renting in different places and honestly this has best my best experience so far.
I’m so glad I chose this apartment!
First of all I feel safe living here .
And I was really scared after reading reviews for different apartments in Phoenix and I didn’t know the area .
Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful. They do listen and go above and beyond to take care of your request- concern!
They were so helpful when my move in date and always with good attitude every time I need something .
I highly recommend this apartment.
So many great places around there.

Friendly office and maintenance team, the property is clean and well maintained.
